SMSB Wayne State Camp: Offensive Line Impressions

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I was fortunate enough to spend some time with the offensive line group at last week's Mega Camp. Like all positions, reps were extremely sparse, so it was difficult to get a thorough evaluation of these guys. He's 6'3" 294, and is decently athletic. Throughout the drills, Kellan proved to be coachable. I also liked his punch and drive during the initial drills.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Once it came to 1on1s, Kellan struggled a bit more. During the best-of-best period, he struggled to get off a good kickstep and stay balanced. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He's at Grand Rapids Catholic Central. Kellan will definitely continue to develop, and he has great upside. He could very easily be a GLIAC prospect in a year's time. Developing kickstep. Great effort. High upside in the run game as a sophomore. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Testing can absolutely be improved. I like that Noah came out and clearly gave it all he's got. Way more fundamentally polished than other 2028 prospects. Gave great effort. I've got a couple of clips where Robert held his own against DTs with much superior size and college attention. As long as Robert checks some of the non pass-blocking boxes, he should still be a college prospect. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
