Rankings will be updated in the coming weeks and here we take a look at a few of the top athletes in Oregon who have recently added D1 offers or committed to a university.

2026

[player_tooltip player_id='457009' first='Sam' last='Vyhlidal'] 6-4 225 26' TE/OLB Mountainside OFFERS (16) Washington...

Vyhlidal is already closing in on 20 D1 offers from the likes of Washington, Arizona, Arizona St, and UNLV. He is likely the best overall athlete in Oregon with the Huskies recent offer being a very intriguing option. Look for others to get in the mix with him being able to play at the highest level on either side of the ball.

Noah Tishendorf 6-3 240 26' OLB/DE COMMITTED: West Virginia

It's early but both of Oregon's top 26's who committed to OSU, have have gone a different route, with Lamarcus Bell being the other. Tishendorf is a big get for the Mountaineers as he could rank statistically among the state's all time best at the end of his career.

[player_tooltip player_id='402409' first='Hudson' last='Kurland'] 6-4 205 26' QB Lake Oswego COMMITTED: Washington St

I like Kurland's decisiveness as it looks to be a mutually beneficial commitment. Pullman seems to be a good fit for the kid out of LO who is 6-4 and can run. The Lakers have state title expectations and nothing less, and he can now focus exclusively on that.

[player_tooltip player_id='1110967' first='Connor' last='LaGrow'] 6-6 270 26' T Tualatin OFFERS (1) Air Force

From a straight up size standpoint, Oregon might have their biggest line group in state history this coming season. As of right now I have LaGrow as my #1 guy. The returning 1st team all TRL lineman is a year young for the grade with an unlimited ceiling. He will add numerous other offers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1110921' first='Chaz' last='Katoanga'] 6-2 195 26' DB Nelson OFFERS (5) Air Force, Portland St, Ivy's

Katoanga was offered by PSU back in late April. If they were able to land an athlete of his caliber, he would be the best commit they've had since All American DB Anthony Adams.

[player_tooltip player_id='914288' first='Carter' last='Paul'] 6-7 310 26' T Lakeridge OFFERS (3) E. Washington, Portland St, Sac St

Paul is just a massive human being. It is of no surprise that three Big Sky schools came in on him, with other mid major programs likely to follow. The Pacers could compete for a state title with the likes of him and 6-6 [player_tooltip player_id='402412' first='Joe' last='Weiler'] leading up front.

[player_tooltip player_id='770046' first='Quinn' last='Wicklow'] 6-7 260 26' T Jesuit OFFERS (3) N. Arizona, Portland St, E. Washington

Another big athlete whose best years are ahead of him. Wicklow is still raw but has all of the intangibles to be great at the next level. Credit to the Big Sky schools who jumped on him when they did.

[player_tooltip player_id='402412' first='Joe' last='Weiler'] 6-6 265 26' T Lakeridge OFFERS (1) Air Force

The sky's the limit for the 6-6 Weiler. The 2x honorable mention All TRL lineman has something to prove as he will have plenty of eyes on him from a recruitment standpoint with the Pacers featuring a handful of D1 athletes.

[player_tooltip player_id='1234459' first='Matthew' last='Hinkle'] 6-2 220 26' OLB Cascade OFFERS (1) Portland St

You know PSU has been doing their homework when you see this offer. Not a lot of people were aware of Hinkle playing 4A ball, but the kid is that good. Cascade will likely be the #1 ranked team in the state with Hinkle being a state POY favorite.

[player_tooltip player_id='791149' first='Kawai' last='Chamberlin'] 6-2 215 27' LB Willamette OFFERS (4) Boise St, Wash St, Nevada, Sac St

The 3* LB has a stock which continues to rise with Chamberlin recently being offered after a super impressive Boise St camp. He is all of 6-2 and can run with the receivers and will be listed among the top LB's on the west coast.

[player_tooltip player_id='936920' first='Jasiah' last='Agnimel'] 6-3 205 27' WR Lake Oswego OFFERS (2) Sacramento St, Portland St

Speaking of rising stocks, Agnimel has had an unreal off season, and should make an immediate splash at LO after a successful sophomore year at Mountainside. He could double or triple his numbers from last season where he caught 23 passes for 425 yards and 3 TDs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1246545' first='Josh' last='Christensen'] 6-6 235 27' DE Lake Oswego OFFERS (1) Portland St

We've talked about the 6-6 Christensen multiple times over the last few months with so much still unknown. As a sophomore he took limited reps for a loaded Lakers team. PSU once again got ahead of the curve and extended the offer. Smart move as he is likely to blow up.

[player_tooltip player_id='937281' first='Tripp' last='Johansen'] 6-2 270 27' DE Willamette OFFERS (1) Idaho

Another individual who had a phenomenal off season, working with both MVP and Ford Sports. The Vandals offered in early May as he makes the move from Sheldon to Willamette for his junior season.
