<p><strong>WEST PALM BEACH – </strong>While the calendar didn't even turn the page to the month of June, national NAIA football powerhouse Keiser University and head coach <strong>Myles Russ</strong> opened their doors to prospects as part of “Friday Night Lights”.</p>

<p>With nearly 160 football players from all over the state of Florida, this past Friday evening was indeed something that kicked off the long summer – where colleges and universities across the country will host plenty of talent.</p>

<p>Appearing in the last three national championship games, the Seahawks have been one of the more recognizable programs in the state of Florida, winning a national crown in 2023.</p>

<p>On Friday, prospects from as far away as the Panhandle and as close as the Palm Beaches and south Florida took part in testing, instruction and competition for over three hours on a night that brought in players from schools such as Jacksonville Raines, Plant City Durant, Miami Christopher Columbus, Belle Glade Glades Central, Clewiston, Viera, Miami Lakes Barbara Goleman, Melbourne Central Catholic, Tampa Blake, Jupiter, Oviedo Hagerty, Sarasota Cardinal Mooney and Melbourne Central Catholic – as well as Port St. Lucie, Davenport, Sebastian River, Tallahassee Maclay, Cooper City, Southwest Ranches Archbishop McCarthy, West Boca Raton and so many others.</p>

<p>Prospects like <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1581748' first='Eric' last='Nelson']</strong> (WR/Athlete, 5'10, 175) and versatile <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1395869' first='Shaun' last='Hartman'] Jr.</strong> (WR/QB, 6'1, 185) showcased some of their skills during the evening.</p>

<p>Speaking of the Space Coast Melbourne Central Catholic Class of 2027 standout <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1620529' first='Noah' last='Flores']</strong> (5'8, 170), who was a difference maker at the <strong><em>Prep Redzone Orlando Showcase</em></strong>, was a head-turner on Friday night as well.</p>

<p>Barbara Goleman receiver <strong>Julian Prieto</strong> (6'3, 185) made his way up to put himself on the map after a solid spring for the Gators.</p>

<p>Other prospects that looked to make a statement included quarterbacks <strong>Eddie Mamudi</strong> (Tampa Blake, 2026), <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1058482' first='Nick' last='Dyer']</strong> (Cooper City, 2027) and Glades Central quarterback <strong>Taj Barnes</strong> (2026) also got plenty of work.</p>

<p>Sarasota Cardinal Mooney 2027 receiver <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='828284' first='Brock' last='Morgan']</strong> was on hand.</p>

<p>Defense was also on display as Southwest Ranches Archbishop McCarthy brought quality secondary performers <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='869380' first='Mahki' last='Vance']</strong> (2026), <strong>David Howard</strong> (2026), <strong>Freddie Byard</strong> (2026) and <strong>Jacarri Wilson</strong> (2027).</p>

<p><strong>Travis Dixon Jr. </strong>(2027, LB, Jacksonville Raines), and Glades Central prospects <strong>Octavius Harris Jr.</strong> (2027, LB), <strong>Elijah Delia</strong> (2026, DT) and safety <strong>Schnaider Pierre</strong> (2026) were also singled out.</p>

<p>Lakeland Lake Gibson versatile 2027 athlete <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1597326' first='Mason' last='Desandolo']</strong> was a member of the Braves' elite wrestling program. He is also a dynamic linebacker/defensive end who also happens to hold down a 4.0 GPA.</p>
