We had some colleagues on the scene yesterday checking out this combine. There was a lot of good things to say about the players who were there. There are a few guys we want you to check out. More on this camp will come later.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093793' first='Reed' last='Taylor']

Taylor is a 2026 offensive lineman from Pearl (MS) who we have mentioned a lot. We think that Taylor is going to be an interior offensive lineman on the next level. Yesterday, he was able to show how much he has been improving over the years. He is an intelligent OL who holds several division one offers. We think that there will be more headed his way. This is a player to know.

Marcus Johnson

Johnson is another 2026 offensive linemen who showed up to Jackson, MS yesterday. He is one of those studs who is long, but we think he still may be somebody who college coaches are looking for on the interior side of things. Johnson has a lot of strength and good power from the punch. He is one of those players we will be keeping a closer eye on this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1006384' first='Tyson' last='Hunter']

Hunter is one of the players from Tupelo who we like a lot. We have seen him cut up on both sides of the football. Most of the time when he shows up to camps, he works out at the running back position. Hunter is a 2028 stud who picked up an offer from Southern Miss yesterday. There should be a lot more offers coming in for the stud out of north MS.

[player_tooltip player_id='1611742' first='Des' last='Ball']

Ball is holding it down for Clarksdale. You are going to see that he is one of the players who will always be trying to make it happen. Ball is a guy who we really think college coaches should take a look at. He is in the 2026 class. Ball also does a good job of being disciplined in coverage. Be sure to keep your eyes out for his name this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1595156' first='Mitchell' last='Turner']

Turner is a player who gets it done on the defensive line. We feel like he is a player who is also going to continue to see more division one offers coming his way. Turner is a 2027 defensive lineman from Louisville. He does a good job of doing things the right way in the trenches. He is also a player who helps his varsity squad out at tight end.
