He's poised for a big year and could be one of the biggest stock risers in the state.     Garcia is a rising prospect who has the tools to be a major contributor for Montezuma-Cortez this fall. With excellent height and a wide catch radius, he creates matchup problems on the perimeter and in the red zone. As the team replaces key senior production, Garcia is in line to become a go to target. His ability to win contested catches and impact the passing game will make him a key piece of the offense. A productive season combined with camp exposure could put him firmly on the recruiting radar.     Foos is a strong armed quarterback with gunslinger tendencies and the poise to match. He's comfortable delivering the ball from the pocket and excels at intermediate and deep throws with impressive touch and accuracy. When the pocket breaks down, he can extend plays with his legs or pick up chunk yardage on the ground. What sets him apart is his toughness, he's willing to stand tall in the pocket, absorb hits, and still deliver on target throws. Foos is an under the radar signal caller with the skill set to gain serious attention moving forward.     McCann brings versatility and reliability as a long snapper and tight end. His snapping mechanics are sharp, consistently accurate with good velocity, even in poor weather conditions. In addition to his special teams value, McCann contributes as a physical blocker and sure handed receiver at tight end. He demonstrates sound technique and strength in the trenches, and his ability to contribute on both offense and special teams boosts his overall value. A physical presence on the outside, he plays with an edge as a blocker, consistently setting the tone on the perimeter and opening up running lanes for his backs. His ability to seal the edge and stay engaged in blocks makes him versatile even when the ball isn't in his hands. As a pass catcher, Kincaid creates natural mismatches with his size, speed, and fluid route running. He shows the ability to accelerate out of breaks and uses his strong hands and wide catch radius to win contested throws. With his skill set and physical mindset, Kincaid is poised to re-establish himself as a playmaker and should be on breakout watch this fall.
