ARKANSAS 2028 RANKINGS UPDATE: Wide Receiver Breakdown

<p>We have officially released a new set of rankings for the class of 2028 in Arkansas. In this article, we will showcase the 2028 wide receivers with analysis. Over the next month, I will break down these rankings by position in each class, including other segments. For the wide receivers, I will provide you with evaluations of some of the top prospects and the players flying under the radar:</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1603755' first='Caileb' last='Matthews'] is one of the biggest risers in the class of 2028, landing at number 9 overall. He holds multiple D1 offers. He showcases a quick release due to his solid acceleration and foot quickness off the snap. Matthews can create separation off breaks due to good change of direction, balance, and burst. He can adjust mid-route with good hand-eye coordination. After the catch, he is a significant threat, quickly getting upfield and showcasing his speed. He displays solid hand-eye coordination, body control, and strong hands, which allow him to adjust mid-route and high-point the football.
