Spring football practices are coming to a close across the Natural State. Spring football is a great time for prospects to take a step forward and open plenty of eyes in the process. Here are several prospects to watch out for over the course of the summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='256895' first='Chase' last='Hancock']-Wide Receiver-Pulaski Academy-5'10” 160-Pounds-2028

The class of 2028 is shaping up to be a deep class in terms of talent. [player_tooltip player_id='256895' first='Chase' last='Hancock'] is a wide receiver who has the ability to make plays all over the field. Hancock uses crisp route running combined with dangerous speed to create separation from opposing defensive backs. Hancock is having a breakout spring having performed well at the Rivals Camp over the weekend. Hancock is a player to watch out for over the next few years.

[player_tooltip player_id='1548663' first='Connor' last='Reed']-Defensive Line-Prairie Grove-6'2” 260-Pounds-2026

[player_tooltip player_id='1548663' first='Connor' last='Reed'] will see playing time on both sides of the ball for the Prairie Grove Tigers this upcoming season. He uses impressive power to go along with his quickness to keep opposing offensive linemen off balance. Meanwhile, on the offensive side of the ball he has no trouble opening up rushing lanes for the Tigers. Reed is a player who has the potential for a big summer and fall for Prairie Grove this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1549140' first='Brice' last='Owens']-Quarterback-Springdale Har-Ber-6'2” 185-Pounds-2027

The Har-Ber Wildcat signal caller has had a tremendous offseason. He has performed well in camps as well as seven-on-seven competitions. He does a great job throwing the football with accuracy. Owens is able to escape the pocket and throw the football while on the run. He will extend play and use his legs to pick up yards on the ground. He has the potential to have a big 2025 season for the Wildcats and is a prospect to watch out for this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1548673' first='Ryan' last='Adjam']-Wide Receiver-Bentonville West-5'8” 170-Pounds-2027

[player_tooltip player_id='1548673' first='Ryan' last='Adjam'] is a prospect that I have been watching for a while. He has tremendous speed and is a threat to take a pass the distance from anywhere on the field. Adjam is able to combine his speed with crisp route running to get open for his quarterback. Adjam is the type of wide receiver who can work the slot and underneath routes effectively or stretch the field vertically. He has had a strong spring, and I expect him to continue the trend as summer practices heat up.

[player_tooltip player_id='1284687' first='Elijah' last='Branch']-Edge-Conway-6'2” 223-Pounds-2028

The Wampus Cats have a history of producing talented prospects, and [player_tooltip player_id='1284687' first='Elijah' last='Branch'] fits that description perfectly. He uses his speed to get into the opposing offensive backfield. Branch has the ability to pressure the opposing quarterback as well as help contain the rushing attack. He is the type of defensive lineman who does not give up on the play. Branch has had a strong spring and is a prospect to watch out for over the summer.
