We're getting deeper into the 2026 pool this week as we continue adding evaluations to student-athletes' profile pages here at Prep Redzone Iowa. Posting as many reports as we can for this class and beyond is the goal.

Keehner put together a respectable first season as the Mustang varsity starter. He completed 57.8 percent of his passes and tossed nine touchdowns, adding 308 yards (5.6 YPC) and a pair of scores on the ground. Keehner shows promise during his junior highlight video. His effectiveness in running the option stresses defenses. Keehner is especially dangerous as a ball carrier, showcasing elusiveness and speed. He throws well on the run even well rolling out to the left. Keeping his eyes down field while on the move helps him examine his options. Keehner displays a nice touch on his passes and puts the ball where his guys can make plays. Last year's experience should allow for a step forward in 2025.

Spencer rebounded from missing the playoffs in 2024 to reach the postseason last year. Young played a prominent role in the success. The junior rushed for 613 yards (5.4 YPC) and eight touchdowns. He chipped in on defense and special teams, too. Young's 11th-grade highlight video focuses on his exploits as a running back. He gets downhill quickly and also offers some wiggle running between the tackles. With speed to get to the outside as well, Young keeps defenses honest. Vision and patience are key parts of his game, too. Young has the tools in his bag to carry the football at the next level, but his athleticism keeps open the door for other positions. He also should be a special teams' asset.

Hemming helped fuel Pella's run the state championship game, where the Dutch came up a score short against North Polk in 4A. While Hemming chipped in on the defensive front, he did his best work on an offensive line that powered a potent attack. When watching his junior highlight video, we can see Hemming putting a campaign together that earned him first-team all-district and second-team all-state honors. He explodes off of the snap and packs a punch on impact. Playing with balance, Hemming makes it hard for defenders to get off of blocks and around him. He works angles well and plays through the whistle.

Azzaline saw some reps on the defensive side last season, but his greatest impact was felt on the O-Line. The Knights racked up nearly 3,000 yards of offense with almost 2,000 coming on the ground. We can witness Azzaline's role in the production when we pop on his junior highlight video. He is a physical dude who has a knack for putting opponents on their backsides. With a sound setup and active hands, Azzaline is proficient in pass-pro. He fires off of the snap and into the pads of the defender in the run game. Disengaging from Azzaline is a challenge. He'll be a key to Assumption bouncing back from an uncharacteristic down year.

The Tigers clawed their way to the Class 5A state championship game last season, when it came up just short against Southeast Polk. LeLaCheur stood out as an active defender and a special teams' weapon. He finished the campaign with 40.5 tackles (35 solo) and averaged 31.3 yards on nine kick returns, bringing one back for a touchdown. LeLaCheur compiled an entertaining junior highlight video. On it, we witness a student-athlete that plays fast and physical. LeLaCheur compensates for the lack of prototypical safety size with technically-sound tackling following a fast breaking down of the ball carrier. He's sound in coverage and could slide to slot corner in some systems.

In an uncharacteristically down year for the Lynx, Nohrenberg did his part to keep the train rolling. He produced 2.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks on the defensive front and was impactful on the O-Line. On defense, he's a space-eater that absorbs blocks, freeing up teammates for glory as we can see during his junior highlight video. Nohrenberg is fast off the snap and comfortable starting plays from different spots on the front. He doesn't include offensive highlights on his tape, but Webster City rushed for 2,240 yards in 2024.
