He displays strong instincts when reading plays, showing an ability to quickly diagnose plays and locate the ball. Shows he can line up as a traditional off the ball OLB or come of the edge and use his quick twitch explosiveness to get off the edge as a pass rusher. Like his fluid movement skills and strength at the POA to be an aggressive finisher through contact. Compact build allows him to anchor effectively against double team while maintain the agility to penetrate gaps and disrupt run plays before they develops. Quick and active hands with a heavy punch at first contact. Plus lateral quickness and bend to redirect and chase in pursuit between the tackles. Good variety of speed and power moves to rush the passer and collapse the pocket from the inside. As a TE, he creates separation with long strides and deceptive speed allowing him to attack all three levels of the field. Can be a downfield threat stretching the seam or find the soft spot in coverage at the short/intermediate levels. High level ball skills with a wide catch radius. Excellent high point ability showing he can time out his jump and go over the top of defenders to play the ball in the air. Can also use his body to box out defenders and extend to catch the ball away from the body. Frame can carry more weight without sacrificing his movement skills or speed.
