’25 Season: Region 1-6A Player of The Year Candidates

Coleman has a verified 38 inch vertical jump and has 4.5 40-yd speed. He was deadly in the return game last Fall for Camden where he totaled over 700 return yards and scored 4 TDs. Good hands at the WR position with good vision in traffic and breakaway speed in the open field. If this guy was 6'3 he would be all over everyone's radar but the kid can play and proves it on the field. A great game manager with an above average arm that finished '24 with over 1800 yards passing and a 104 QBR. A multisport standout with a 4.4 GPA in the classroom and excels in the weight room off the field. This 6'4 QB has been on the Prep Redzone radar since he entered high school and is now on every radar in the country after an impressive offseason. He recently wowed the coaches at the MVP Camp taking home Overall MVP honors. Great release point on his throws with a lot of velocity. An absolute specimen of an athlete with great instincts and high football IQ. We have him as the #1 QB in the 2027 class but this kid has the ability/skills to play anywhere you put him on the field. The 6'0 205 RB is not only a handful to bring down but he has verified 4.36 speed. He has exceptional balance and agility with great vision in traffic. He is almost impossible to stop on initial contact. Lamar is a dual threat with great hands out of the back field where he had close to 200 receiving yards last Fall. Colquitt is primed for a good season in '25 and Lamar will be a big part of their success. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>His recruiting has been narrowed to 6 powerhouse programs. An outstanding athlete with the hands of a WR and the power of a RB all rolled into one. He has gained close to 30 pounds since his 8th grade season without losing any speed and has turned into a dual threat go to weapon out of the backfield. He accounted for over 1500 total yards during his sophomore season and will be a big part of the Wildcat offense this Fall. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Colleges are already taking note and jumping on board with Troy, Liberty, and Georgia Southern among the early offers for Fennell.
