The 64 players added to the Prep RedZone Class of 2027 rankings all earned their spots in a variety of methods.

The PRZ staff took the first half of the offseason to further evaluate those players' impacts from the 2024 season, but also what they've done since. What we found was a large wave of players ready to make their mark on the state's football landscape.

Let's continue the introductions to all of them with the 15 additions from the Midlands.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664646' first='Deion' last='Hollis'] WR, Keenan

Hollis is an instant replacement for a seemingly depleted Keenan receiving corps. He averaged 17.3 yards per reception last fall and was third on the squad with three receiving touchdowns. Hollis gives the Raiders another reliable target few folks outside the program know yet.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664643' first='Calvin' last='Wofford'] RB, Crestwood

Wofford is still a bit of an understudy to [player_tooltip player_id='1394990' first='Ladamien' last='Belton'] (592 yards, six touchdowns). But the Knights proved last fall there were enough touches for both backs. Wofford was a carry away from 300 rushing yards, and he's also capable of taking off with a short screen.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664635' first='Myles' last='Bryant'] WR, Westwood

Bryant (pictured) has reason to think a new offensive scheme will be a personal benefit, as the 5-foot-11 receiver is likely to get target after target in 2025. Bryant was already rolling up with track star speed, and getting the ball into his hands could be beneficial for all in Year 1 of the Burris era.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664633' first='Caleb' last='Renwrick'] DB, River Bluff

Of the Gators' top eight tacklers from last fall, seven have run out of eligibility. The one who hasn't is Renwrick, who finished with 43 stops, four tackles for loss, two interceptions and six pass break-ups. A bump across the board feels inevitable.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664627' first='Keytrelle' last='Griffin'] OL, Lakewood

Griffin is 6-foot-3, and 335 pounds and has no issue getting all that size downfield into the second level to continue to open holes for tailbacks. In pass protection, he shows skill at extending his arms to keep would-be pass-rushers at bay.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664620' first='Gavin' last='Elliott'] DB, Gilbert

Elliott carried a lot of responsibility as a sophomore, when he recorded 48 tackles during the regular season alone. Elliott is a proactive run-stopper who sniffs out screen passes and finds ways to get offensive players on the ground.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664603' first='Ahmadre' last='Ricks'] LB, Crestwood

Between Ricks and [player_tooltip player_id='1664498' first='Yachin' last='Gamble'] (below), the Knight's linebacker unit is in really good hands for each of the next two seasons. Ricks' job in that is often to set the edge. He's often so adept at it that any chance of a tailback reaching the corner is eliminated before the handoff.

[player_tooltip player_id='1344583' first='Brayden' last='Moore'] QB, River Bluff

While playing behind [player_tooltip player_id='464884' first='Parker' last='Murray'] last fall, Moore still threw for 609 yards while completing 56 percent of his passes. His best showing was a 242-yard playoff game against Mauldin. The QB1 title will look even better on him with a pass-oriented head coach calling the plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664563' first='Nayshaun' last='Brown'] LB, Sumter

While Sumter is moving on without two of its big three defenders, Brown steps into a new triad. He finished 2024 with 67 total tackles and a forced fumble. It's still not clear if he's play on the outside or in the middle, but 5-foot-11, 200-pounder has the size to fill a big void.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664559' first='Niran' last='Ford'] OL, Dutch Fork

Dutch Fork might have lost some size from its line, but players like Ford provide plenty of experience. The returning tackle can play on the right or left, and chances are he'll see time at both while the Silver Foxes' machine churns toward another potential title defense season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664555' first='Dylan' last='Hutcherson'] LB, Blythewood

The Bengals are busy searching a loads of replacements for a roster that has been depleted by a large graduating class. Enter Hutcherson, who was second among the returners in total stops, tackles for loss and sacks. His time to shine is here.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664508' first='Jordan' last='Wilson'] WR, Keenan

For as much success as the Raiders had running the football last fall, folks tend to overlook how much they threw, as well. With the team's top two receivers lost to graduation, Wilson will have every chance to improve upon his 25 receptions, 271 yards and two touchdowns.

[player_tooltip player_id='1659953' first='Markeese' last='Winn'] DB, White Knoll

While we've already documented what Winn could become for White Knoll, what he already is works just fine for the Timberwolves, as well. As a hybrid defensive back, he can man several spots, with or without his possible move to outside linebacker notwithstanding.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664498' first='Yachin' last='Gamble'] LB, Crestwood

While Ricks tends to float a bit more, Gamble is asked to man the middle of the defense. He takes that very seriously, getting everything out of his 5-foot-8, 205-pound frame. He packs a punch when he's tackling, and he has no issue taking on offensive linemen when necessary.

[player_tooltip player_id='409882' first='Jaden' last='Wuerth'] DL, Dutch Fork

The Georgia transfer is looking like an every-down defensive end starter for a team that needs to replace a big-time edge rusher. Wuerth already has some personal and team-based hardware in his back pocket, and he'll have a chance to add more at Dutch Fork.
