YORK | Saturday's Carolinas Coaches Combine at York served as the kickoff to the spring season as we inch closer to spring practice and the summer of camps and 7-on-7s. There was plenty of talent on display, including a running back who repeatedly and some defenders who you may not know about now, but you'll know about them as we move forward.

Here's a look at 15 standouts on offense and defense from the Class of 2026 during the individual and competition sessions:

RUNNING BACKS

T.C. Douglas | South Pointe

Douglas was impressive during the individual period, showing good movement and vision in the hole. He made an excellent cut as well.

Braydon Johnson | Dutch Fork

Johnson did a good job of displaying good ball security during the individual period. He didn't lose momentum or speed on the play either.

Dreshawn Mills | Union County

Mills has good vision and also did a good job of keeping the ball high and tight. He is explosive in the open field. In the competition period against the linebackers, he made an excellent grab, looking the ball in his hands and he got up field quickly, leaving the defender in the dust.

[player_tooltip player_id='1639669' first='Ashten' last='Wilson'] | Central

Wilson (pictured above) caught our eye plenty during the individual and competition session. He did a great job of moving his feet and keeping the ball high and tight. He has great speed once he finds the open hole. Once he catches the ball, he gets up field quickly and does a good job on an angle route against a linebacker.

DEFENSIVE BACKS

Micah Wallace | Union County

Wallace showed good explosiveness through the hole after getting the hand off on the zone read when we watched him during the individual session.

Darien Judge | South Pointe

Judge did a good job of tracking the ball and turning and flipping his hips. He has great lateral movements as well being able to anticipate where the ball is going.

Jayden Baxter | Northwestern

Baxter did a good job of having his eyes on the ball and tracking it down. Later in the competition drill, he had great timing on a route to break up an out route.

Saadiq Worthy | York

Worthy showed good tracking speed and had his eyes in the right place with being able to find the ball. His

WIDE RECEIVERS

[player_tooltip player_id='1537086' first='Tyree' last='Johnson'] | WR | Brookland-Cayce

Johnson made an excellent catch near the left sideline with a defensive back up against him. He showed great concentration in making the catch as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='930586' first='Dailan' last='Duncan'] | WR | South Pointe

Duncan walked away with an award at offensive skill on Saturday, and he caught our eye making a contested catch near the left sideline with a defender over top of him.

QUARTERBACKS

[player_tooltip player_id='860400' first='Drevon' last='Dopson'] | QB | Brookland-Cayce

We were really impressed with Dobson during the competition period. He made an excellent throw getting it over top of the defensive back and he steps into his throws. His performance helped him earn the award for top offensive combo at the end of the session.

[player_tooltip player_id='1149056' first='Quinn' last='Kelly'] | QB | Fort Mill

Kelly made an excellent throw on the post, putting it where only his receiver could make the catch on a post route. The throws he made were on the money.

LINEBACKERS

Tymaries Thompson | LB | Sumter

Thompson did a great job of sticking it to the running back and not allowing him to make the grab.

My'Son Jones | LB | Brookland-Cayce

Jones made a jump on the ball, showing off his instinctiveness. He nearly had an interception that would've been taken back for a pick-six if it were a real game in the competition period.

Josh Amara | LB | Hanahan

Amara made a great pass breakup towards the end of the session.
