2026 Running Backs Follow Up

He is a running back who has great speed and knows how to see the hole. When Stephens gets to the opening, he is one of those guys who gets off to the races. You are not going to see many people chasing him down from behind. Stephens also knows how to get behind his pads. You will not see him out there picking up his head allowing his chest to be open. He is a player we are going to continue to keep our eyes on.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1646008' first='Ronde' last='Baker']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Baker is another player who has been out there turning heads. Baker started picking up some offers to division one schools. He is a player from Terry who has been turning heads lately. He went to the Under Armour Combine in New Orleans and ran a 4.5 in the 40-yard dash. Baker is continuing to prove that he is one of the backs to have in this class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='749056' first='Jaeden' last='Hill']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We all know that Hill is still out there doing his thing. Hill is a running back from Tupelo who is committed to Mississippi State. We have noticed that Hill is getting bigger and faster during this offseason. That is going to be very dangerous for players who will have to face him this season. This young man is a real horse who rushed for over 2000 yards last year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1019185' first='Jordan' last='Stapleton']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Stapleton is another back from this class who we have been keeping up with for a while. Stapleton is a running back who we have seen playing in a wing t style offense. He understands how to bounce off of the right block. Stapleton also has some good vision from the backfield. We are expecting him to continue to pick up more division one attention. Be sure to keep up with him this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
