WA 3A Preseason All State (2025-26) 1st & 2nd Team “O”

We are still 5+ months away from the season getting started, but here we take a quick look at next year's preseason all-state teams on offense & defense. Please note a few of the key components as it relates to the selection process which most are already aware of..   *If you play for a winning program, you are much more likely to be selected as an all-state athlete. It's even more impressive if you are on this list and play for a team or in a league that has struggled.    *This is NOT a recruiting based list. [player_tooltip player_id='984867' first='Jayden' last='Baum'] excelled as a freshman for a rising Evergreen program, passing for 1,920 yards and 19 TDs while completing 73% of his passes.    As of RB right now [player_tooltip player_id='1128444' first='Max' last='Jones'] would likely be my leading candidate for 3A State POY honors. That said as [player_tooltip player_id='726163' first='Uriah' last='Stringfield'] of O'Dea might have something to say about that after leading his team to a state title last year. [player_tooltip player_id='726156' first='Damari' last='King'] will be in the POY conversation as well after going for 1400+ yards and 22 TDs for a good Roosevelt program.    3* athletes [player_tooltip player_id='402787' first='Asa' last='Thompson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='726148' first='Zamarie' last='Tellez'] are the only individuals in WA to be listed as 1st team all-state kids on both sides of the ball. Each of them is closing in on double digit D1 offers.    Look for [player_tooltip player_id='1368334' first='Elijah' last='Carney'] to come back in a big way from injury and Washington commit [player_tooltip player_id='1248706' first='Terrance' last='Saryon'] to be a 3A GSHL POY favorite.    6-5 205-pound TE/WR [player_tooltip player_id='1003593' first='Tytan' last='McNeal'] was an all-conference selection on both sides of the ball as a freshman and will be one of the top recruits in America for his class.    It's an interesting group on the line with 6-4 320-pound Washington commit [player_tooltip player_id='1165418' first='Ah' last='Deong Yang'] looking to earn lineman of the year honors once again. O'Dea will have two of the best anywhere in the NW leading up front in [player_tooltip player_id='726157' first='Kingston' last='Fotualii'] and [player_tooltip player_id='726171' first='Griffin' last='Matzen'].   Two other individuals who might not be major prospects because of size, but are definitely 1st team all-state caliber, include [player_tooltip player_id='726147' first='Dominic' last='Flugstad'] and [player_tooltip player_id='950208' first='Royal' last='Charles']. Flugstad was a 1st team all-league kid as a sophomore and the 6-2 Charles earned 1st team all-conference accolades on both sides of the ball last year.
