Under Armour Combine New Orleans Standout Performers

We saw some fast guys step up out there. Let's check it out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1237378' first='Christian' last='Alexander'] </strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Alexander is a good player from Rosa Fort who was clocked at a 4.5 at the Under Armour Combine. This young man is a beast from the Delta at the running back position. We feel like he is a division one prospect all day long. He checked in at 5-9, 195. This young man is definitely one of those guys we feels like you should know. Alexander is in the 2027 class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='648676' first='Braylen' last='Bedford']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bedford showed up to show out. We were able to see him post a lot of good numbers. We feel like Bedford should be mentioned with the top 2028 prospects in the nation. Every time that he hits the field, he has been impressive. Bedford ran a 4.52 at the combine and had a 10.2 broad jump. He also had a 33.8 inch vertical. This young man is super athletic from Vardaman. Bedford is in the 2028 class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Desmond Ball</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ball came out to the combine and ran a 4.58. That is a good sign for him to be able to show off that speed. He also had a 74-inch wingspan. We are still thinking that he would make a very good nickel back on the next level. He has good strength, and we have seen him hold his own against bigger receivers. Ball also does not mind coming up to make tackles. He is one to know from the Clarksdale team. He is a 2026 prospect.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1249531' first='Kaiden' last='Buchanan']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Buchanan is a 2028 prospect from Tupelo (MS) who went out and had a good day. He is a 6-foot, 215-pound linebacker who had a 77-inch wingspan. He also came out and ran a 4.7 in the 40-yard dash. We are expecting Buchanan to get better and better. He is a player that a lot of coaches are going to be after the more his varsity career goes on. Buchanan will be one of those guys who we are looking forward to seeing a lot more of this summer. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
