State Wrestling Finals Matchups Set For Today
In this article:
KISSIMMEE - Five long months, countless tournaments will come to an end tonight at the Silver Spurs Arena when individual champions will be crowned in 1A, 2A, 3A and the girls.
Three days of impressive competition will see several repeat champions as well as several newcomers who will take center stage.
While the girls, 1A and 3A pretty much have their team titles wrapped up, all the attention will be on 2A – where two powerhouses will battle all day.
The arena will be watching current leader and 2025 TEAM state champion Tampa Jesuit and Pembroke Pines Somerset Academy.
There is also a possibility that we will welcome four new 4-time state champions – including Florida's first ever girl, North Miami's nationally-rated Mya Bethel.
