Mills is a dynamic dual-threat quarterback with the ability to create explosive plays on the ground. He rushed for 550 yards and 13 touchdowns, highlighted by a 49 yard run that showcased his speed in the open field. As a passer, he completed 58% of his throws for 510 yards, six touchdowns, and four interceptions. Mills will aim to improve his passing production this season, but with his playmaking ability, he is a rising name to watch in 1A.     Dice is a poised quarterback with the arm strength to make every throw on the field. Last season, he completed nearly 60% of his passes for 806 yards, six touchdowns, and seven interceptions. To take the next step, he will need to cut down on turnovers, but his ability to deliver precise throws into tight windows makes him a dangerous passer. While he can extend plays, Dice thrives in the pocket, reading the field and delivering strikes. Expect him to be a stock-rising player this season.     Ortiz is a left handed gunslinger who excels in the timing passing game. He is at his best when he reaches the top of his drop, driving off his back foot to deliver accurate, quick throws. Last season, he threw for 622 yards, 13 touchdowns, and only 4 interceptions, demonstrating solid decision making. However, accuracy will be an area of focus, as he completed just 37% of his passes. Ortiz is also a capable runner, adding 293 rushing yards and four touchdowns. His speed and elusiveness make him a threat outside the pocket, and if he can refine his accuracy, he has the potential to surprise teams in 2A.     Warren is poised to step into the starting role following the graduation of last year's starting quarterback. A standout at the Prep Redzone combine series, Warren has already impressed with his arm strength and field vision. He has the ability to push the ball downfield while also demonstrating the patience to take what the defense gives him. While he possesses the mobility to extend plays, he is most effective as a pocket passer. With his blend of vision and arm talent, Warren is a player to watch closely, as he has breakout potential this season.     Smyth is a highly intriguing prospect who may spend another season waiting in the wings, but when his opportunity comes, he has the tools to be one of the top quarterbacks in the state. With a strong arm and impressive accuracy, he is capable of making every throw on the field. Additionally, he possesses mobility, allowing him to extend plays and keep defenses honest. As he continues to develop, Smyth has the potential to become a Division I prospect. His name is one to remember when he gets his shot, he will turn heads quickly.
