2028 SPRING RANKINGS UPDATE: Linebacker Breakdown

<p>We have officially released a new set of rankings for the class of 2028 in Arkansas. In this article, we will showcase the 2028 linebackers with analysis. This is the final class for the updated spring rankings. His potential is intriguing, making him a player to watch. He possesses a sideline-to-sideline motor. He can play off the EDGE or off-ball linebacker. He can contain the edge and shoot through gaps to make plays in the backfield. Summons can take on blocks effectively, staying square with good hand timing, placement, and physicality to disengage and tackle the ball carrier at the POA. He possesses a quick first step and solid read-and-react ability, allowing him to effectively attack downhill against the run with a sideline-to-sideline motor. Johnson consistently bursts through gaps to disrupt plays in the backfield. Johnson is a reliable tackler in space, demonstrating good technique and positioning. His transition in coverage is effective due to his solid lateral agility, change of direction, zone awareness, and football IQ.
