2026 SPRING RANKINGS UPDATE: Offensive New Additions

<p>These offensive prospects have debuted in our newest rankings for the class of 2026 in Arkansas. They truly impressed our staff as we delve into our analysis below:</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1586245' first='Cole' last='Slepecki'] is a prospect to watch and is exciting to see in person. His talent is the reason he's been added to our board, and his film and information from our camp have been sent off to college coaches. He showcases solid mechanics and footwork in the pocket, along with the mobility to be effective on rollouts or to evade post-snap pressure. On rollouts, he demonstrates the ability to reset his feet and deliver with solid ball placement. Slepecki consistently dissects defenses and coverage rotations pre and post-snap, allowing him to fit the ball into tight windows due to his good velocity on throws and hit all levels of the field. He displays good awareness and presence in the pocket. He is able to recognize pressure effectively and evade it while keeping his eyes downfield. He has an extensive route tree and runs routes fluidly with no wasted motion. Schmitz demonstrates a quick release, due to his good footwork, acceleration, and foot quickness, which allow him to eat up space quickly. He effectively creates separation off breaks due to his good change of direction, balance, and burst off his plant foot, not giving the defender time to recover. His good hand-eye coordination, body control, and strong hands enable him to adjust mid-route and make contested catches. He will hurt you in space as he can become elusive after the catch. He is a significant YAC threat, especially in the slot. He can effectively be utilized in motion to draw the attention of defenders. After making the catch, he demonstrates good COD, balance, and burst to quickly advance upfield. He displays solid initial quickness off the snap and pad level while showcasing a strong anchor due to his good lower body strength, hand placement, balance, and footwork. His ability to control and stay balanced is impressive.
