In today's day and age, it's hard to find guys that can get after the passer. That's why at the highest level they're so valued and paid so well. Today, I'm looking at a few pass rushers that have now made their way onto my radar. These guys aren't on everybody's radar just yet, but they could see their stock rise soon. I will most certainly be keeping an eye on them throughout this offseason.

Jaydon Bell, 6'4" 230, Johnson

Bell fights to keep his outside arm free, he can dominate against opposing double teams, and has a frame I think he'll fill out nicely. He's got lightning-quick hands at the point of attack, he's relentless against slide protection, and is willing to sacrifice his body to make a tackle behind the line of scrimmage. I love the effort this young man plays with.

Will Miltenberger, 6'2" 225, Pearce

This kid can get skinny through slide protection and can bend at the point of attack. He rockets off the snap with low pads, he gets lost on twists, and has the body control to corral elusive quarterbacks behind the line. He makes ball carriers pay on impact, he's got well-trained hands & will slap away a pass protector's punch.

Brinley Tita, 6'2" 225, Summer Creek

Tita has the upper body strength to shed blocks at the point of attack, he rolls his hips & punches on a rise and has a highly effective rip move. He knows how to use the gator roll tackle, he easily detaches from blocks on the inside, and has the motor to chase plays down from the backside. He plays right now as a defensive tackle, however, I think he'll kick outside to a five-technique at the next level.

Cary Spires, 6'3" 200, Randle

Spires knows how to catch tackles lunging in their pass set, he can run the hoop around the edge and knows how to sell vertical, stick his foot in the dirt, and redirect inside. He has a knack for dislodging the football from quarterbacks, he has the balance to fight off cut blocks and shows impressive finishing ability.

Kreede Neal, 6'3" 245, Holliday

Neal can play with his hand in the dirt or as a stand-up, he makes reads tough on quarterbacks when left unblocked and does a good job retracing in his lane if he's too far up the field. He gets his hands up if he can't get to the quarterback, he'll mix in a forceful bull rush to his pass rush and is a tackling machine in the run game.
