There is a lot that will transpire over the next 6 months before the season starts with athletes likely to transfer and bolster other rosters. Here we will take a look at the top 20 teams in Oregon regardless of classification heading into next year. This will be a general breakdown with so much still unknown.

11.Nelson

[player_tooltip player_id='1110921' first='Chaz' last='Katoanga'] is one of top players in Oregon recently garnering his first D1 offer from Cornell. He will be called upon to lead with the likes of Washington D line commit [player_tooltip player_id='527045' first='Dominic' last='Macon'] and 4-year starter [player_tooltip player_id='285852' first='Avirey' last='Durdahl'] graduating at QB.

12.Oregon City

OC went 1-9 last year but is consistently a borderline top 10 team, just to put into perspective how tough the TRL is. They have a good coach in Aaron Skinner with some top young talent coming up, including top 10 2027 athlete [player_tooltip player_id='1242623' first='Cavan' last='Rogers'] and speedster [player_tooltip player_id='935448' first='Colin' last='Smith'].

13.Wilsonville (5A)

It will be tough for the back-to-back 5A state champs to defend next year, graduating multiple D1 kids, including 2x POY [player_tooltip player_id='511864' first='Mark' last='Wiepert'] who is headed to play for the Ducks.

14.Tigard

Tigard has traditionally been one of the top programs in Oregon. It's been a tough few seasons, but the Tigers will always have a shot with the talent in the community.

15.Summit (5A)

Look for the Storm to be a 5A title contender in the years ahead. Current 6-4 sophomore QB [player_tooltip player_id='1358896' first='Andrew' last='Guthrie'] has D1 talent, with a handful of top 27's and 28's giving the Central Oregon program a lot to be excited about.

16.Cascade (4A)

I expect Cascade to dominate 4A ball next season, featuring multiple D1 projected kids in 6-4 320-pound two-way lineman [player_tooltip player_id='769923' first='Bryce' last='May'] and 27' ATH [player_tooltip player_id='935357' first='Josiah' last='Hawkins']. RB and POY favorite [player_tooltip player_id='1511452' first='Bryce' last='Kuenzi'] will also return.

17.South Medford

The Medford schools continue to compete and produce some good kids but haven't quite been able to take that next step. QB/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='770005' first='Makana' last='Brown'] and RB [player_tooltip player_id='1286959' first='Kellen' last='Lefebvre'] will be two of the best in the South Central.

18.North Medford

You have to like QB [player_tooltip player_id='402426' first='Traeger' last='Healy'] as he's one of the top overall athletes in Oregon for his class. Anytime you have a guy like that playing quarterback, there are possibilities come playoff time.

19.Mountain View (5A)

Brian Crum and his guys have been killin it the last few seasons, advancing to the state title game in back to years. They will graduate WR [player_tooltip player_id='754594' first='Jack' last='Foley'] who is the real deal and heads to Wake Forest. but return two of Oregon's best backs in 26' Angel Valenzuela and 27' Ryder Carpenter.

20.Sandy

The Pioneers could feature their best team in years, returning a talented line and a top perimeter group, including LB Caden Mcmahon and elite 27's Gracyn Fitch and Mason Frederickson.
