Here we will breakdown some of Washington's top 2026 athletes who have the potential of blowing up on the recruiting front in the coming months. Most of these individuals do not hold division 1 offers as of right now but do or could project at that level. Have a look..

[player_tooltip player_id='1582212' first='Giulio' last='Banchero'] 6-2 175 WR O'Dea

It's not every day that North Carolina offers a west coast kid, but that just happened. Banchero also has offers from Montana St and Sac St and looks to be on pace to add many more. The 3* WR can play.

[player_tooltip player_id='1582214' first='Marques' last='Meneese'] 6-4 225 WR Rainier Beach

The 6-4 WR came back in a big way after missing two years of football, earning 1st team all-conference honors. His frame and overall athleticism put him in an elite category if he chooses to pursue football collegiately.

[player_tooltip player_id='1530804' first='Cade' last='Hergert'] 6-4 265 OL Camas

I like Hergert as more of a guard at the next level. He will project as a 1st team all-state O lineman next season, after helping the Papermakers to the state title game, and providing unmatched protection for WA POY [player_tooltip player_id='1136399' first='Jake' last='Davidson'].

[player_tooltip player_id='402790' first='Greyson' last='Stevens'] 5-11 160 WR East Valley

Easily some of the best film in WA. Credit to Montana St and Portland St on being the first to offer, as it's not always easy to get recruited out of a smaller 2A school. Stevens absolutely dominated the competition and could end up with multiple mid major offers.

[player_tooltip player_id='726175' first='Brody' last='Bocek'] 6-2 185 WR/DB Richland

Bocek is the real deal in my opinion. He earned 1st team all-conference honors at WR while only playing in 3 games before injury. Look for him to potentially be a 1st team guy on O, D, and as a kick returner next season. He's a D1 athlete at some level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1165376' first='Jonah' last='Keller'] 6-0 180 RB Gonzaga Prep

The only athlete in the GSL to earn 1st team all-conference honors as a sophomore. Keller could break multiple records as a senior with Gonzaga Prep once again being one of the best teams in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1165375' first='Jamirie' last='Pringle'] 6-5 220 WR Silas

Definitely one of the more underrated athletes in the state. You can't teach the size and overall ability, so expect universities to see him as a guy they could develop.

[player_tooltip player_id='1530807' first='Grant' last='Smith'] 6-4 185 WR Moses Lake

Smith had one of the best seasons of any athlete in WA, catching 60 balls for 902 yards and 14 TDs on the year. He doesn't have the name recognition as some others but has the intangibles and can flat out play.

[player_tooltip player_id='928085' first='Jacob' last='Ford'] 5-9 150 ATH Yelm

Even at 5-9 I think Ford could play a high level of collegiate ball. He destroyed the competition last season, finishing as a 1st team all-conference selection with 1,179 all-purpose yards and 11 TDs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1354420' first='Ezra' last='Maul'] 5-9 165 ATH Seattle Prep

One of the biggest sleepers in the state and another kid who could end up projecting as a FCS/D2 kid. Maul earned 1st team all-league honors on both sides of the football, going for 856 total yards and 12 TDs.
