Recruiting Spotlight- 2025s Who Have Been Making Moves

We still have a lot of talent in our 2025 class were not done covering! These guys were dominant throughout their high school careers, check out their film below!    [player_tooltip player_id='1620087' first='Drake' last='Jackson'] is a dominant lineman out of Bob Jones who spent time on both sides of the ball as an IOL and NG, making huge impacts in the trenches no matter where he lined up. Although productive on both sides, Jackson is dominant at LG- he's an excellent run blocker that opens up so many opportunities for his teammates. Jackson is explosive off the snap- he generates tons of power and plays with great leverage to open up wide rushing lanes at and beyond the line of scrimmage. It's really impressive watching Jackson's mobility and how he sets up blocks at every level of the field, he moves really well at his size and helps his teammates break off massive carries in the open field. Jackson is just as productive in pass protection- holding down the interior and providing a clean pocket for his QB every passing down. After a dominant career at Bob Jones, Jackson has seen his recruitment open up a lot- picking up offers from Miles, Allen, Central Georgia Tech, and more. Be sure to keep track of where Jackson ends up, it's going to be exciting to watch him play at the next level!      [player_tooltip player_id='1620922' first='Marion' last='Belton'] is a talented DL prospect out of Demopolis who had a huge year for his defense last fall, impacting the run and pass at a high level all season long. Belton is a dominant run defender- he explodes off the line of scrimmage, gets terrific penetration, and completely collapses rushing lanes- consistently taking down the ball carrier at or behind the line of scrimmage. Belton is a hard man to move, he plays with great bend and power- putting opposing OL on their heels and consistently battles in the trenches. Belton is just as reliable rushing the passer- he provides terrific interior pressure, consistently forcing the QB into bad decisions and racking up sacks. What impressed me most with Belton's tape was his pursuit- he plays with terrific effort and hunts down the ball carrier every down, regardless of where he lined up pre-snap. Belton has seen his recruitment open up this offseason, listing offers from Capital, Wilmington, Brevard, and others. Be on the lookout out for Belton's decision, he'll be a playmaker at the next level no matter where he lands!      [player_tooltip player_id='1620919' first='ZJ' last='Grady'] is a dominant LB out of Beauregard who made tons of plays for his defense over the last few years. Grady is highly versatile and can make huge plays in a wide variety of ways- he's great in coverage, consistently shutting down the middle of the field, is a dominant run defender that fills in gaps and racks up tackles, and is excellent at blitzing the quarterback, generating pressure and creating sacks in some huge moments for his defense. Grady plays with a ton of speed and can make sideline-to-sideline plays with ease, he's excellent at reading and reacting to plays, consistently putting himself in great position to come up with huge stops. Grady was terrific all of last season, ending his senior year with 78 total tackles (38 solo, 7 for loss), 3 sacks, 20 hurries, and one forced fumble (2 recoveries). After a dominant career for Beauregard, Grady signed with Murray State last week! Be sure to keep track of him over the next few seasons, he's a talented player with tons to offer at the next level!      [player_tooltip player_id='1618817' first='Andrew' last='Bishop'] was a dominant player for Hewitt Trussville's defensive front over the last few years, making huge plays against some of the state's most talented offenses. Bishop does a great job controlling the line of scrimmage- with his size and strength he gets terrific penetration, consistently closing up rushing lanes and affecting the passing game every down. Bishop is an excellent tackler, he does a great job wrapping up the ball carrier and never allows for any additional yardage after he makes first contact. It's really impressive seeing what Bishop can do on passing downs, he generates great pressure on the interior and frequently gets his hands on the QB- either forcing them into bad decisions or bringing them down for a sack. Bishop is now at Newberry College where he's set to make a huge impact on their defense, be sure to keep track of his collegiate career, it's going to be exciting to watch!      [player_tooltip player_id='1414482' first='Jeremiah' last='Jackson'] is an electric back out of Fultondale who provided terrific production for their ground game over the last few years. Jackson is extremely patient behind the line of scrimmage and has excellent vision that allows him to create massive runs- he is terrific at finding the right rushing lane, consistently breaking off huge carries by following his blockers at the line and downfield. Jackson plays with great speed and quickness, he goes from 0-100 in the open field, can make defenders miss, and is a threat on the ground every single down with his athleticism. One of the things that impressed me most with Jackson's tape was how he went untouched on many of his huge runs- he has legit speed that completely separates him from the defenses he's faced. Jackson was really productive for Fultondale last fall, ending his season with 66 carries for 626 yards and 8 touchdowns on the ground, with an additional 5 receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown in the air. picked up offers from Bethel and Lindsey Wilson over the last few weeks.
