Prep Redzone WI Class of 2028 Rankings Debut
The final rankings of our postseason update is here! It is the debut list for the Class of 2028. We have a very strong start as the inaugural rankings consist of over 100 ranked athletes with a strong stable of athletes on the Watch List that we can't wait to see film from in the future. The array of talent is already impressive. Six different positions are represented within the Top 10 spots. I believe this is the first rankings we have published in WI where a QB holds the #1 overall spot. This group of 100 athletes has so much in front of them. Three more seasons of football, most of three full offseasons to develop and learn and grow. This is just the start.
With this being just the start it is important to keep that perspective. So much is going to change over the coming years. Hundreds of student athletes are going to be added to this list. We are going to see breakout years and growth spurts and technical development that lead to big jumps down the road. So with these initial rankings take them as a starting point. See where you match up with your peers and use it as fuel to drive you to keep putting in the work. Things are just beginning for you Class of 2028. It is going to take a lot of work to get to the next level and win games along the way. It is also going to be fun. So make sure to soak it all in over the coming years.
