Here we will breakdown some of Oregon's top 2026 athletes who have the potential of blowing up on the recruiting front in the coming months. Most of these individuals do not hold division 1 offers as of right now but do project at that level. Have a look..

[player_tooltip player_id='1110967' first='Connor' last='LaGrow'] 6-6 270 T Tualatin

Look for LaGrow to have a big off season and add multiple D1 offers. The 1st team all TRL returner made one of the biggest jumps of any athlete in the state on the PRZ rankings board. Very few athletes in the NW have his type of ceiling.

[player_tooltip player_id='914288' first='Carter' last='Paul'] 6-7 300 T Lakeridge

Paul plays with a mean streak and at 6-7 300 pounds that is obviously appealing from a recruitment standpoint. He earned 2nd team all TRL honors last year, but if he can continue to improve from a mobility standpoint, he could blow up and be a big-time national recruit.

[player_tooltip player_id='770046' first='Quinn' last='Wicklow'] 6-7 250 T Jesuit

Wicklow has a legit D1 frame and the intangibles to go with. He might not be there yet from a pure talent standpoint but given the right opportunity he could play and do well at the highest level. He will need to get out on the camp circuit this off season and put together some good film as a senior.

[player_tooltip player_id='1403779' first='Charlie' last='Dexter'] 6-5 215 TE Churchill

Definitely an appealing recruit with his size and ability to play on either side of the ball. I would expect him to be on multiple FCS and or Mid Major recruiting boards, after earning 1st team all-conference and honorable mention all-state accolades on O & D.

[player_tooltip player_id='914281' first='Koen' last='Campos'] 5-11 190 RB West Salem

One of the fastest rising stocks of any player in Oregon. I could see Campos being a Big Sky back as he has speed and runs with power. He put up some ridiculous numbers as a junior, going for close to 2000 total yards and 22 TDs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1311538' first='Zachery' last='Bridges'] 6-5 300 T/G Sandy

Bridges is part of a talented Sandy team and an intriguing Oregon 2026-line class. He earned 1st team all Mt Hood honors as a junior and could solidify himself as one of the NW's best with an impressive off season on the camp circuit. I could see him projecting as more of a guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='1110964' first='Cole' last='Newton'] 6-4 210 TE Tualatin/ [player_tooltip player_id='1110966' first='Trent' last='Dearborn'] 6-3 180 WR Tualatin

Look for Newton and Dearborn to have a big seasons, with [player_tooltip player_id='152653' first='Zhaiel' last='Smith'] graduating and heading to New Mexico and [player_tooltip player_id='1451508' first='Caden' last='Knips'] also departing. The T-Wolves feature a nice core group of receivers with size and overall athleticism. [player_tooltip player_id='937241' first='Cole' last='Hachmeister'] and [player_tooltip player_id='777449' first='Calen' last='Simonelic'] will be two other athletes who will be tough to contain.

[player_tooltip player_id='1112466' first='Vinny' last='Arnold'] 6-4 220 TE/DE West Salem

Not a lot of people know about Arnold yet, but I would expect him to have a special senior year. Coach Shawn Stanley has continually produced top Oregon athletes, and he could be another one.

[player_tooltip player_id='914278' first='CD' last='Nuno'] 6-2 190 WR Philomath

Look for Nuno to add multiple D1 offers in the coming months. The 4A standout earned 1st team all-state honors, catching 73 passes for 1,087 yards and 15 TDs as a junior. All the physical tools are there.

[player_tooltip player_id='1341235' first='Jaxon' last='Barber'] 6-3 290 Lincoln

As referenced numerous times already this off season, Barber has the potential of being a division 1 guard. He plays with a mean streak and will be a favorite for PIL lineman of the year honors as a senior.

[player_tooltip player_id='1511452' first='Bryce' last='Kuenzi'] 5-10 190 Cascade

As long as he can stay healthy, I could see Kuenzi breaking numerous conference and state records this coming season. He will be a 4A POY favorite, playing for what should be the #1 ranked team in the state. Look for him to go for 2000+ yards and 30 TDs.

[player_tooltip player_id='914284' first='Gavyn' last='Welch'] 6-4 265 T Oregon City

Welch could end up a D3 All American but has the potential to play a higher level of ball with continued progression. He will have an opportunity to prove himself against legit competition in the TRL where the film should speak for itself.
