Well, football season has officially wrapped up, with the Super Bowl now in the rearview mirror. We saw some great performances on all levels of football and can't wait for the 2025 season to get here. Today, I decided to look at a talented group of rising junior tight-end prospects. As a whole, this group is quite under-recruited and seems to be flying under the radar right now. However, I think they're just getting started and still have their best ball ahead of them.

Colton Dupes, 6'3" 210, Nevada

Colton has strong hands in traffic, he uses his frame to box out smaller defenders and is a bruiser after the catch. He's got good vision with the ball in his hands, he's tough, can work all three parts of the field, and looks to inflict pain on opposing tacklers. He's got a frame I think he'll continue to grow into, I'd just like to see more film from him as an inline blocker. The upside is there, look for him to pack on some weight this offseason.

Camdon Marshall, 6'4" 245, Trinity Christian

The tape right now on Marshall is extremely limited, however, I think there are plenty of tools in this kid's toolbox that are only going to continue to develop. He's got excellent size for the tight-end position, he's quick off the snap, keeps his pads low, and is quite aggressive on contact. He's a high-effort prospect that can dominate man blocks at the point of attack. I think he's got a really good skillset for the tight end position and could develop nicely on the offensive side of the ball.

Aidan Forthman, 6'4" 220, Plano East

Aidan can track the deep ball over the shoulder, he's got plenty of build-up speed and can muscle his way past arm tackle attempts. He's deceptive off-play-action and can find his way open, he can adjust to poorly placed throws and is a natural hands catcher. He's not afraid to get dirty as a blocker between the tackles, his feet never stop churning on contact and he plays with an edge to him. He's a complete tight end and I think his stock will rise fast.

Jayden Holland, 6'3" 230, Legacy Christian Academy

I wrote about Holland recently and I think this kid could rise fast. He's tough, is a gifted route runner, and is improving as a blocker. He's so explosive at the top of his routes and is a matchup nightmare. More people need to know about this kid.
