Being a part of our rankings team, I have the opportunity to see all sorts of film. A guilty pleasure of mine in that process is that I get to highlight prospects with film that I absolutely enjoyed watching. In this piece, I do exactly that.

[player_tooltip player_id='852444' first='Kymore' last='Monroe'] profiles as the type of athlete that you want to get about 12 touches a game and see what he can do. Officially ranked as a receiver, Monroe high points the ball well and catches the ball with his hands. However, when said ball is in said hands, Monroe can outright boogie. He has very good vision when a ball carrier, so much so that the youngster was featured as a wildcat back. Blessed with the speed to outrun a defense and a stunning stiff arm, Monroe is a bubble/rocket/now screen weapon. I do, however, wish to see a wider array of routes from the route tree appear on his future tape.

Back to the trenches we go as we look at what [player_tooltip player_id='1150984' first='Luca' last='Dilev'] can do at center. To the naked eye, on film it looks as though Dilev has quick feet when blocking back, executing bucket steps when reaching, or blocking back on a 3-tech. When drive blocking he takes very short, choppy steps and maintains a base. Off of the line Dilev delivers a strong, sudden jolt that its the beginning of outstanding vertical movement of down linemen into the laps of linebackers - particularly on double teams. In pass protection Dilev is physical, however, he does an excellent job of refitting and working his hands. I would encourage him to continue to work on his snaps. There appeared to not be much change east/west, but Dilev's snaps can run high at moments. If he has a shorter quarterback, this will be problematic. Dilev's college prospects will be contingent upon exactly how much he grows.

A defensive back who might turn heads in the near future is [player_tooltip player_id='1172781' first='Luca' last='Scaiano']. Scaiano is absolutely willing to give up his body to lay a big hit or spring a big play on offense. His breaks are good due to the fact that he can read and process what is in front of him. This translates well when he is faced with binding route combinations. Moreover, when Scaiano goes to make a tackle, he seems to do so with correct leverage each and every time. On a similar toke, we see the cornerback play his force responsibility with a high degree of fidelity. A few things absent from Scaiano's film are clips of him running and covering deep and pressing at the line. That said, I walked away with the impression that Scaiano does many of the little things as it shines through on film.
