Arkansas High School Football Spring Watchlist: 2026 DL

<p>Off-season training and weight room activities are active. Spring football and college camps are approaching. This report evaluates their 2024 season and current off-season development, highlighting eight offensive linemen from the class of 2026 to watch this spring.</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">LeBron Modacure is on the rise and someone to watch for this spring. He is a true disruptor at every phase of the game. He displays good upfield burst off the snap, utilizing good pad level, hand placement, lower body strength, and active feet to drive the offensive linemen back, creating pressure and making stops in the backfield. He is remarkably stout and does not lose ground against down blocks or combos. Modacure has good play strength, motor, and competitive toughness. This spring and summer are critical for him. He displays a solid upfield burst and maintains good pad level at the snap. Neumann effectively creates leverage through good hand placement and uses his length to extend against offensive linemen, allowing him to quickly read and shed blocks to make plays at the line of scrimmage. He demonstrates a powerful bull rush due to his strong lower body, power, and active feet, enabling him to apply pressure in the pocket. He consistently creates pressure between both interior gaps as a 0-3 tech. Post-snap, he displays a solid upfield burst, pad level, and UOH to create leverage, allowing him to shed blockers quickly and make plays in the backfield. He consistently draws double teams, giving his teammates an opportunity. Golden demonstrates solid quickness off the snap, along with solid pad level, hand placement, and lower body strength, which allow him to drive the OL back into the pocket or disengage from blocks to make plays at the LOS. His length and power make him difficult to block in one-on-one situations. Lewis is a good run-stopper and effectively fills gaps between the 0 and 3 techniques. Overall, he demonstrates solid play strength and competitive toughness. He displays a good burst off the snap, along with effective hand placement and the pad level to create leverage, allowing him to drive and make plays at the line of scrimmage or in the backfield. Erby's hand usage is highly effective; he uses it to shed blockers, read plays, and dominate at the point of attack. He possesses good lower body strength and power with a good burst off the LOS. His burst off the LOS allows him to create leverage with good hand placement to overpower his opponents or shed blocks quickly, generating pressure in the pocket and backfield. His foot quickness and timing with his hands are consistently effective, causing disruption against both the run and pass by shedding quickly. McDonald showcases good pad level as he can win bull rushes consistently, putting pressure into the pocket and delivering strong punches to disrupt the rhythm of blockers. Good lower and upper body strength with the power to bull rush and penetrate against the run or passing game.
