Peterson is good at processing defenses, he gets to his second reads and makes good decisions. He steps up in the pocket and is a mobile athlete who is more of a power runner with good elusiveness. He is a dual-threat prospect and will keep defenses on their heels when he scrambles out of the pocket. Peterson does well in the pocket and will bide additional time to wait for his receiver to pass one window, to the next.
