As he continues to fill out, he'll be one to watch next season. He immediately impressed me on offense by keeping his man in front of him—either driving him back or creating a stalemate. I see him as a physical guard, or possibly trying his hand at center in the future, given his leadership and football IQ. Defensively, he knows how to flip the switch, using his power and footwork to beat blockers effectively. Watching him operate in various situations highlights his versatility out of the backfield. Despite being a smaller back, he rarely shies away from contact. I appreciate his vision and the way he accelerates through daylight when he finds an opening. At the next level, he'll likely be more involved in the short or inside passing game, as linebackers will struggle to keep up with him at the second level. He looks like a pure running back, possessing the ideal size many players wish for as they prepare for college. I love his frame, and with it comes power and explosion. Boone runs through contact and keeps his feet moving, often resulting in broken tackles or pushing the pile past the sticks. He runs with great pad level and, most importantly, protects the ball. His combination of speed, physicality, and raw ability sets him apart from his competition.     [player_tooltip player_id='1582704' first='Douglas' last='Kelly'] prides himself on being a Swiss Army knife on the field. One thing is certain—he makes plays wherever he lines up. Defensively, he plays in the secondary as if he already knows the play, consistently disrupting passes with breakups and turnovers. Douglas has fluid hips and changes direction out of a backpedal effectively. His excellent ball skills also translate to the offensive side of the game. Solid routes with good hands and is an all around tough kid.
