We always tend to look at the ability of a player and what he or she can do on the court or playing field. One thing that can easily get overlooked and a quality that is likely more important than anything on a team is, leadership. Not all great talents have great leadership skills but when great talents do, it's a must to acknowledge them! Ragland is not only a tremendous football player but his leadership skills are also off the charts. He holds a high standard and accountability not only for his teammates but himself as well. As an offensive lineman it's important to often galvanize your troops and make sure everyone is in sync and on the same page together. McGrath does just that. His style of play in the trenches brings the attention to his game but his leadership skills are just as impressive.     Frazier is one of my favorite quarterbacks not just in the 2029 class but in all classifications. His skill set on the gridiron is impressive but how he leads his team is just as if not more impressive to go along with the sheer ability to flat out ball. He is a top tier kind of quarterback and teammate, so it's a must you pay close attention to what Frazier can and will do moving forward! Yes, Fowler shows through his play that his leadership skills are next level, but he does it through other actions as well when it comes to outside of playing. He's an all-around leader and it all shows clearly on the gridiron!     Baxter is a quarterback and it's hopeful that every teams quarterback is a leader. However, that's not the case with some but for Baxter it most certainly has the leadership qualities that stick out. During the Georgia Elite Classic those skills and qualities stood out leading up to his game winning touchdown pass. Baxter is a great leader!
