Was recently mentioned in our Top 100 prospect countdown. Below is the evaluation from that article. Bradford debuted at 80 after being previously unranked.

No Twitter to represent one of the better underclassmen DBs in Philadelphia. Unsure about his measurables. Also doesn't have a full-season tape on Hudl either. Hudl has him listed at 5'10, 155 pounds, unsure how accurate those numbers are.

I'll break down his mid-season tape below, as well as why I still placed Bradford inside the Top 100 despite the lack of a complete tape. Tough to give an evaluation based on two minutes worth of mid-season tape, yet Bradford has done enough from live evaluations for me to feel comfortable/justify this position. Excels in off-man coverage. Can stick like glue to the hips of wideouts, particularly when wideouts take Bradford outside-in. An aware DB, can handle a lot thrown at him at once. Can flip from pass-cover guy to containing tackler on the perimeter. Will have a ton of eyes on him at Bonner, especially coming off a 4A State Title victory. Bonner develops DBs well, I expect Bradford to be next in line.

6'2, 220 pounds. 4.0 GPA. Labels himself an RB/LB, ranked as an "ATH", yet has a real chance to earn serious D1 attention at backer.

First reps on tape have the 6'2 athlete running out of gun sets behind two pulling OL, both runs have Ward-McMullen sprinting 30+ yards for scores. Again, I like the young man at backer in the future, yet you can get the sense of the type of athlete you're dealing with watching him at back. Has reps barreling through would-be tacklers, again giving you the gist of his overall toughness. Will likely see an expanded role at LB beside Power Four backer [player_tooltip player_id='1158292' first='Angel' last='Luciano']. His current tape doesn't have backer tape readily available, yet I trust what I hear from coaches in the know. Excited to move Ward-McMullen up the rankings in the future.

Posted a four-minute sophomore tape on Hudl. Comfortable playing off the ball pre-snap. Likes to keep things in front of him. Keeping routes in front of him allows for Madeh to break on inside routes and play the football. Likes to look into the backfield, helps him break on routes and at the very least, stay in front of catches to be in position to tackle. Has some pass break-ups against the likes of [player_tooltip player_id='388154' first='Joey' last='O'Brien'] and [player_tooltip player_id='464619' first='Jalil' last='Hall']. Has some running back reps in relief of starting backs. A modest debut, Madeh has plenty of room to grow on our site. I look forward to potentially seeing him this off-season.

First notable rep has Flaherty flattening an off-balanced defensive lineman for a pancake stationed at left guard. Second rep has Flaherty showing off great leg drive and a motor that revvs to finish blocks to the whistle. Is nimble, small for many D2 coaches, yet Flaherty has time to grow a few inches as well as gain a substantial amount of weight. Can get deep into a knee bend to absorb power and counteract it. Strong lower back, you can see back bend on occasion. Can serve as a serious pulling paver if he can get out of his stance balanced. Flaherty can gather momentum with just 2-3 powerful stride to deliver shocks to opposing play-side defenders. Excited to see how he grows in terms of build.
