<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='615673' first='Alfredo' last='Andrade'], Gadsden</strong>: After eclipsing 1,000 yards in 2023, Andrade zoomed up the rushing charts in 2024, finishing as the state No. 5 rusher with 1,611 yards and 20 TD on 231 carries. He helped fuel Gadsden's historic surge the past three seasons.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='769759' first='Sultan' last='Arenas'], Centennial</strong>: Arenas became one of the top offensive linemen in the state the past two seasons. He earned First-Team All-State honors in 2024. Arenas and the Hawks' offensive line was a big reason for Centennial's success running the football this past season. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='613743' first='Carlos' last='Barela'], La Cueva</strong>: Barela was able to play varsity football for just one season after transferring from Cleveland prior to the 2023 season. But the 6-foot-4, 225-pound Barela was fantastic and earned First-Team All-State Defensive End honors. Eastern New Mexico, New Mexico Highlands, NMMI, Fort Lewis College and Independence Community College have all offered. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1119205' first='Alex' last='Fuentes'], Texico</strong>: Fuentes was the state's top rusher in 2024 and one of only two to surpass 2,000 yards. He finished with 2,107 yards and 36 TD (by far the most in the state) on 232 carries as Texico powered its way to a second consecutive Class 2A championship. Eastern New Mexico has offered.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='611120' first='Juan' last='Munoz'], Cleveland</strong>: Few players skyrocketed up the rankings faster than Munoz, who transferred from Capital a couple of years ago. He was limited by injuries in 2023 but roared back in 2024 to rush for over 1,100 yards. He led Cleveland's three-headed monster at running back. Eastern New Mexico and New Mexico Highlands have offered. Shined in the 6A state championship game.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1258091' first='Jayden' last='Parsons'], La Cueva</strong>: Emerged as one of quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='611098' first='Cameron' last='Dyer']'s favorite targets this past season. He had 41 receptions for 753 yards and 11 TD during the regular season. Earned First-Team All-State honors at Slot Receiver. NMMI and Ottawa University (Kansas) have offered.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1259000' first='Jace' last='Pitt'], Rio Rancho</strong>: The promise Pitt showed in 2023 came to fruition in 2024 as he caught 82 passes (most in the state) for 1,199 yards and 16 TD to spark the Rams offense. His receiving yardage was third most in the state. New Mexico Highlands, Western New Mexico and Independence Community College have offered.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1258872' first='Seth' last='Torres'], Miyamura</strong>: Utilizing his great speed (4.5 in 40), Torres helped lead Miyamura to the 5A playoffs with 40 receptions for over 500 yards and 7 TD. Also an outstanding baseball player.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1118237' first='Dalin' last='Walter'], Las Cruces</strong>: If you ranked the best defensive players in Class 6A this past season, Walter would be at or near the top of the list. He sparked the Bulldawgs' defense with 121 tackles, 12.0 TFL, 4 sacks and 15 QB hurries. He spent a lot of time in the backfield of opposing offenses. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='613163' first='Breylon' last='Williams'], Hope Christian</strong>: Nobody had more receiving yardage than Williams this past season. In fact, Williams finished almost 200 yards ahead of the second place finisher. It's a testament to his big play ability. Williams finished with 78 receptions for 1,510 yards and 17 TD, meaning he averaged 19.4 yards per catch.</p>
