This is a guy who is 6-foot, 160 pounds. Cotton has some great skills that help him get busy on the field. He is a player with good hips. You are not going to see him shy away from coming up to make a tackle. We like Cotton a lot. We also know that he is one of the best players in the nation for the whole 2028 class. He has been proving that for a very long time. Bedford is one of those guys who college coaches have been keeping up with at an early stage.
