The wide receivers group was deep at Canlan and these young men stood out amongst the rest. Some caught eyes early, as some of them worked their way up the chart. All of which either came from Illinois or Indiana. Pierce makes decisive breaks at the top of routes that gives him an edge over his older competition. He's a work horse and attacked drills to get coaches attention. Has good hands and looks most catches all the way in. Did well testing at all stations as well.

The overall MVP who set the tone in the group. Dinari tested well, led group drills, and gave defenders trouble during 1on1's. His height and get off, made DBs respect him all the more and it played into Dinari creating space to increase the QBs confidence to throw the ball his way. The double moves on selected routes really showcased his ability to get open.

Damari Brooks is a twitchy inside receiver who creates mismatches. He's quick and has top notch change of direction skills. His skill set allows for stretching the defense or working coverages underneath. Brooks didn't let too many balls get to his body and he looked to yardage after each catch.

Jordan was a Top Performer in testing by showing elite agility and recored one of the best broad jumps. His explosion carried over into his routes and making DBs get out of their back pedal early. He's another young receiver who was highlight over some of the older guys because of his approach and play making ability. QBs trusted that he would catch the ball and expanded his choices of routes to execute.

Maddox is a sure handed receiver that snatches the ball out of the air with confidence. He looked really locked in during drills. I like his unique build with long arms and legs. Once this kid shoots up more vertically in height, it's gonna be very difficult for DBs to stop him from getting to the ball. Dunmore gets in and out of breaks smooth with minimum effort. A crisp route runner.

The wide receivers group was deep at Canlan and these young men stood out amongst the rest. Some caught eyes early, as some of them worked their way up the chart. All of which either came from Illinois or Indiana. Its good mix of Classes in this article so lets see where they stack up.
