Five Southwest Ohio Playmakers

We often think of "playmakers" only from the perspective of receivers, cornerbacks, safeties and running backs, but in reality there are playmakers at every position of the game. Here are five players from southwest Ohio who make a difference. Scott is a ferocious interior guard and aggressive run blocker. He can fire forward to the second level and has strong skills as a run blocker with a quick first step and good leg drive. Moss is a strong defensive tackle with a playing history of also contributing up front on offense. He is a strong interior linemen who is very disruptive as a pass rusher and plays at a low pad level. Ward is primarily a receiver but he has also had some snaps at quarterback, where he shows ability to make those tough opposite hash to sideline throws. He is primarily an inside slot receiver and displays good adjustment to the ball. Isaacs is a tough middle linebacker. He is unafraid to stick his nose in a pile and is strong v. The run, and has great instincts. He is also a running back on offense where he has enough speed to be a home-run threat if he finds daylight. Fausnaugh is a very good pass rusher - especially for an inteiror lineman - who shows good pursuit and a quick first step, takes good angles and sheds blocks v. the run. He has a good frame with plenty of room to add bulk.
