2026-2028 ATH Evaluation

<p>In this report, we assess the prospects capable of excelling in multiple positions for classes 2026, 2027, and 2028. You will also find their updated rankings for the ATH group in each class. I will provide you with evaluations of some of the top prospects and the players flying under the radar:</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">2026 ATH Class:</h2>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='231812' first='Aamonii' last='Wren'] is a versatile hybrid athlete capable of excelling as a running back, wide receiver, return specialist, and defensive back. He showcases very good athletic ability characterized by very good foot speed, lateral agility, acceleration, and contact balance. Wren possesses good post-snap vision, allowing him to read first-level defenders and patiently find openings, exploding through gaps with good burst.</p>   <p class="text-gray-700">As a fluent route runner, he is a significant threat for yards after the catch (YAC) due to his elusiveness, lateral agility, and ability to make quick cuts or accelerate upfield. His body control, balance, and hand-eye coordination enable him to adjust mid-route effectively. Furthermore, Wren's speed, athleticism, and explosiveness make him a vertical threat, capable of stretching the field. He showcases a quick release both out wide and inline, due to his good acceleration and foot quickness. Washington possesses good hand-eye coordination, body control, and strong hands, which enable him to adjust mid-route and high-point the football. He is also a significant threat after the catch. He demonstrates solid post-snap vision at running back, effectively locating running lanes and displaying good burst through tackles. Defensively, he displays a sideline-to-sideline motor, becoming physical at the point of attack. He has the speed and angles to chase down ball carriers. As a running back, he shows good post-snap vision and agility to evade early penetration. As a wide receiver, he displays smooth route running and the ability to create separation off breaks. He shows good hand-eye coordination, body control, and strong hands to adjust mid-route and catch in contested situations. At safety, he demonstrates good football IQ and a well-developed ability to read and react quickly. He effectively attacks downhill to make plays against the run with good angles or arrives at the catch point to force a PBU. On defense, he displays a solid upfield burst off the snap, putting himself in a position to shed quickly due to his ability to use his hands well. He consistently applies pressure within the pocket due to his bull-rushing ability, which is enhanced by solid hand placement, lower body strength, and leg drive. At wide receiver, he displays a quick release with the ability to create separation off breaks due to good change of direction, fluidity, and burst. He provides his quarterback with a solid catch radius and has more room to grow in that category. Defensively, he showcases a sideline-to-sideline motor, flying to the football and becoming physical at the point of attack.
