2025 Rankings Update- Top Offensive Players on the Rise

Our new 2025 Rankings Update is live- and with that, we are looking at some of the new changes in our 2025 class!   Today, we are taking a look at some of our offensive prospects that have been rising in our Rankings!    After transferring in from Pleasant Grove, [player_tooltip player_id='958193' first='Clarence' last='Taylor']<a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/clarence-taylor/"></a> had a terrific year for Parker's passing attack this past fall, consistently hauling in tough catches and moving the chains all year long. At WR, Taylor has great size and athleticism he uses to outmatch nearly every defensive back he is lined against. Taylor plays with terrific speed and acceleration, is a great route runner, and has a terrific set of hands that allow him to haul in some difficult catches through coverage/contact. Taylor put together another dominant year over at Parker last fall- ending his senior season with 36 receptions for 673 yards and 6 touchdowns. With stats like he's had the last two seasons, it's no wonder he's landed in our new update as our #35th-best prospect in the state. Check out Taylor's tape below, he's bringing all sorts of talent to Colorado State and will surely be an early contributor there!      [player_tooltip player_id='475716' first='Kolin' last='Wilson'] was unbelievable in his time at Gulf Shores- he was used in so many creative ways on offense and almost always found a way to create explosive plays. Wilson might be one of the most athletically gifted players in the state- he can completely flip the field in a moments notice and is a tough player to stop. WIlson is electric out of the backfield-he plays with unreal speed, has great change of direction, and can make defenders miss with ease. Wilson also has really reliable hands that can help create plays in the passing game- he's a reliable target underneath who comes in great help when his quarterback is pressured or nothing else is open. Wilson had yet another dominant season for Gulf Shores this past year- ending his senior season with 219 carries for 1672 yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground, with 18 receptions for 199 yards and one touchdown as a receiver. It's been really fun watching Wilson play these last two seasons- he's extremely talented and is bringing a ton of that talent with him to Mississippi State. Be sure to watch his tape below, I have a feeling we will be seeing him do some similar things soon at the next level!      [player_tooltip player_id='1133021' first='Miles' last='Uter']<a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/miles-uter/"></a> is a highly versatile tight end out of Bayside Academy who has been a key factor in his offense over the last few years. Uter is well-rounded as a blocker and passing target, he makes a huge impact on every snap regardless of what his offense is trying to do. In the passing game, Uter is a really solid route runner who can run a wide variety of routes and gain separation from defenders at every level of the field. In addition to his route running, Uter has a really impressive set of hands that allow him to consistently haul in passes regardless of how covered he is. Uter has been one of the most reliable and talented TE prospects I've watched in my time here at PRZ, which is exactly why we've ranked him as our #1 TE and #44 best player in the state. Uter will be bringing all sorts of talent to the table at SMU these next few years, keep an eye on him going forward!        [player_tooltip player_id='1351451' first='Julyon' last='Jordan']<a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/julyon-jordan/"></a> is an electric running back out of Guntersville who has been incredibly impressive the last two seasons. Jordan is really productive with the ball in his hands- he makes the most out of every carry with his elite-level speed and can break off some massive runs/scoring plays no matter how many defenders are down in the box trying to stop him. It's really impressive watching Jordan run the ball- he has a great blend of physicality and finesse at the position that allows him to wear down defenses physically throughout games. All these skills were easily seen throughout last fall, Jordan put together another really great season out of Guntersville's backfield. Jordan steadily produced like one of the top RBs in the state over the last few years, which is exactly why he's landed as our #49 overall prospect, and #3 RB in the state. Be sure to watch Jordan's tape below- he's an extremely gifted and fun player who'll be a force at South Alabama for the next few years.      [player_tooltip player_id='1186424' first='Trey' last='Berry'] is a super-talented running back out of Sidney Lanier who has made huge impacts for their ground game over the last few years. Berry is highly athletic and can make plays all over the field, he easily sheds tackles, can make defenders miss, and has the speed and acceleration to separate himself from anyone on the field. In addition to his speed and finesse, Berry also can play through contact and sustain big hits- he's a tough RB to gameplan against with how dynamic he is with the ball in his hands. Berry put up some great numbers last fall- ending his senior season with 140 carries for 677 yards and 12 touchdowns. Berry put together a great career over the last few seasons, he was so good last fall it was only right he came in as our #48 best player in the state, and #2 RB.
