2025 PRZ SHOWCASE PREVIEW: Prospects in Little Rock

<p>The Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase is set to take place in Little Rock, Arkansas, on January 19, 2025. This event is a fantastic opportunity for high school football prospects to gain exposure in front of college coaches and Prep Redzone scouts. Hundreds of college programs will rely on the results to recruit high school prospects from classes 2025-2028 (Some 2029). His good short-area quickness provides him with a competitive edge, allowing him to quickly gain leverage through good hand placement, timing, and pad level during both base and reach blocks. He shows good footwork and lower body strength, which help him maintain that leverage and displace defenders. He is an athletic wide receiver who can hurt you vertically and stretch the field. Monk displays a good release due to good foot speed, acceleration, and quickness, eating up space quickly. Solid separation at breaks due to solid COD, balance, and burst. Good hand-eye coordination and body control to adjust mid-route. He has a quick release and can adjust his release angles effectively. With a strong arm and good velocity, he is capable of fitting the ball into tight windows. His good pre-snap vision allows him to read defenses and anticipate openings as he consistently delivers with good ball placement at all levels of the field. This enables him to effectively lead his receivers on deep routes or off breaks. As a wide receiver, he demonstrates solid hand-eye coordination, body control, and strong hands, allowing him to adjust mid-route, high-point the football, and win contested catches. Despite any size disadvantages, he can still be a significant red-zone threat. As a running back, he shows solid post-snap vision, enabling him to identify running lanes on both zone and gap runs. His solid hand-eye coordination, body control, and strong hands enable him to make adjustments mid-route or successfully catch passes in contested situations.
