West Boca Raton Ends Season Unbeaten

MIAMI – Over the past two off-seasons there may not have been a high school football team that had attended more events than West Boca Raton. It all paid off on Friday afternoon.
Sparked by a stingy defense that yielded just 32 points over the past five games, the Bulls became the first football team in school history to bring home a state title.
Finishing unbeaten at 15-0, head coach Dylan Potts and his team not only set the table for the present but continued to lay down a future with an impressive 26-7 win over Kissimmee Osceola in the 6A state title game at Pitbull Stadium on the campus of Florida International University.
“Hard work in the off season and a belief that we could do something special things was the reason for the success this season,” Potts said. “We are going to do the same things this coming off season and get back here again in 2025.”
The Bulls got out to a 7-0 lead early in the first quarter when junior quarterback Mason Mallory Mason Mallory 5'10" | 180 lbs | ATH Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas | 2026 FL found junior Kyle Andrews from 60 yards out at the 9:57 mark of the opening quarter.
West Boca Raton extended the lead on a 23-yard field goal by sophomore John Farfan with 4:51 left.

The first half was truly a defensive battle with the two teams combining for 209 total yards. The Kowboys held a 17:03 to 6:57.
Farfan got the Bulls on the board again with a 31-yard field goal at the 3:15 mark of the third quarter and a 13-7 lead.
