Prep Redzone Indiana Showcase Defensive MVPs

He's a raw athlete with as much potential as he wants to have. He's an elite athlete with great twitch. He can change direction with the best of them and is as explosive as anyone off the line. He's an edge rusher who can blow by offensive linemen. He was beating them to the inside and outside. He's strong enough to fight in the trenches and impact the running game as well as drop back and have the range to cover the mid layers. The LB group did a good job working together, giving each other pointers, and competing. Pomatto certainly led the way and did a good job setting the tone early. He came in as a smaller player with potential but needed to develop his frame and mechanics. He's done that and quickly turned into a sound player. He comes flying downhill and doesn't lose the ball when it's in the air. He had multiple receivers on lock today and batted down a few passes during the 1-on-1s. There aren't ever enough DBs so a good one is worth their weight in gold, and Marshall is on the right track.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
