2026 Defensive Back Follow

We think some of these guys are definitely going to be division one players one day. He is one of the most talented players in the nation and he is always making a play for his team. Womack is expected to be a safety on the next level, but we have seen him do some great things at the cornerback position. We also know that he is a guy who does well in the classroom. There are a lot of schools who want him to play for them on the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Raderrion Daniels</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Daniels is one of the guys who goes out there and does a good job on the islands. He is a pest at cornerback. He makes it hard for guys to get an easy release from the line. You are going to see him be able to get his hands on guys when they release. We have also seen him go out and make some tackles. Daniels is one of those players who is going to get up when he is facing to top competition.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Tylan Mathews</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Mathews is one of those guys we have been keeping up with since his freshman season. Mathews is a polished defensive back who is the teammate of Daniels. You are going to see him get busy on the field when he is on the islands. This is not a guy who is going to shy away from making a big play. Mathews is a guy who is already picking up division one attention. Be sure to keep your eyes open for his name this offseason.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='953409' first='Mac' last='McDaniel']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>McDaniel is a defensive back from Oak Grove who we have been keeping up with since he was a sophomore. He is one of those guys who was putting in a lot of work for his team. You are not going to see him shying away from making a hit. McDaniel loves to come up and make some tackles on bigger defenders. We are going to be keeping up with how well he does in coverage this offseason. He is also a guy who shines on the baseball diamond.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
