Carr checks into our newest rankings update just inside the top 300 overall across California, and is a no brainer next level player on either side of the ball. One of the more explosive play makers across southern California, he can impact the game in all three phases and offers return abilities as well on special teams. On film, Carr shows he is explosive with the ball in his hands, flashes short area twitch and has natural ball skills/tracking abilities over the top while able to break away from defenders at the third level with a elite third level gear. Carr is a strong runner that can break arm/ankle tackles and shows good contact in traffic balance and always seems to finish plays and find the end zone.

Tofi is a very intriguing prospect with elite upside and growth potential at the next level due to his athleticism, length and frame to continue to pack on more weight in college. He offers position versatility on both sides of the ball and held two offers from UNLV and Cal and signed with the hometown Golden Bears during the first national signing day earlier this month. He checks into our rankings as a top 150 prospect in the state, and inside the top 20 at his position after coming off stellar Junior and Senior seasons for one of the top programs in Norcal.

Slaughter checks into our rankings just inside the top 300 overall in California, and inside the top 45 at his position. He is a very physical and stout player with a strong build, explosive in the short area and projects as a corner at the next level. On tape, he shows fluid hips in coverage, natural ball skills and breaks quickly to ball carriers in open space while a very sure open field tackler and brings a nice pop at the point of attack. Currently, he holds one offer from Fresno State but remains unsigned and is one of the top corners available across California.

Lymon checks into our watch-list rankings in the most recent update and is one of the best available prospects that still remains unsigned across Southern California. From his safety position, he has elite natural instincts when breaking to the ball and jumping routes and shows return abilities with good vision in space and a open field gear as well. Offensively, he is a true vertical threat that can create separation downfield, make contested catches and is a precise route runner against both zone and man coverage.

Johnson enters into our watch list rankings after coming off a stellar senior season for the Phantoms. He is one of the top two-way players across the section, and showed he can make a impact on either side of the ball this year. Johnson is a downhill and physical runner with the ball in his hands and is tough to take down in one on one situations, especially near the line of scrimmage as he does a good job at running behind his pads and falling forward with good leg drive through contact. He is also a natural pass catcher that can snatch the ball out of the air with some tracking abilities/contested catch skills as well.
