He does a great job of shedding blocks and getting to the ball carrier. During his senior season, Brixey racked up 131 tackles. He is a player who is always around the ball carrier. Brixey fills the rushing lanes and drops back into pass coverage with impressive consistency. During the 2024 season, he threw for 1,854 yards and 16 touchdowns. However, he caused plenty of problems for opposing defenses through the use of his legs. Gartman rushed for 1,296 yards and 24 touchdowns.
