NORTH DAKOTA-- We dig into Part 2 of our 3x3 series looking at 3 stockrisers and 3 newcomers that were added to our 2025 North Dakota rankings that came out early last week

Theodore is our highest ranked newcomer in this 2025 class and is one that I still am kicking myself he wasn't on my radar sooner. The Minnesota State-Moorhead commit has in my eyes some of the biggest upside I would say in our top 15 overall. The 6'5 220 pounder looks like a man amongst boys on his senior tape and impresses me with his athletic contact balance he has as a pass-catcher. His route-running shows off the fluidity I like out the tight end position when it comes to looking at the next-level. Our new TE1 in the class has great instincts and vertical when he gets in high traffic areas. The Dragons surely got a big steal out of SW North Dakota.

Rajah Fulton, OL, Minot 2025 Twitter

It should be no secret that I have been intrigued with this Minot roster in the 2025 class on both sides of the trenches, as offensive linemen Rajah Fulton is a newcomer that intrigued me on tape as a small school fit at the next level. The 6'0 280 pound center has a good first step out of his stance as a pull-blockerand in my eyes still has upside to grow with more agile and balanced movement with his footwork. I do though like the constant pad-level that Rajah shows off and is one that I believe is a solid angle blocker with his leverage. If I was an NAIA school in the Dakotas, I would surely give this young man a deeper look as the raw upside I feel is there for the taking with Rajah.

[player_tooltip player_id='1584193' first='Kayl' last='Sieg'], ATH/LB, Harvey/Wells County 2025 Twitter

The 6'0 170 pounder out of Harvey/Wells County I feel is an under the radar prospect that has position flexibility on both sides of the ball. He shows off great vision thru high contact areas as a one-cut back that with that agility can create a handful of splash plays on tape with his legs. As a linebacker, Kayl is a quick to attack in the inside box and I feel brings more physicality with his contact ability than his measurables might show off. He is another one if I am a Dakotas NAIA school, I would be looking at him as a small town hidden gem before National Signing Day.

The two-time 1st team All-State linebacker was one that impressed me even further during the live eval that I got in the North Dakota 11AA state championship game, as I felt Mason was just about everywhere. The 6'4 190 pounder shows off the great vision I would want from a linebacker at the next-level as I see that Mason plays with some pure instincts with a good balance in run and pass coverage. You also can't not look at the frame that a college football strength program could develop with Mason, as his long strides to the ball could grow more agile movement and size as we look at him at the next-level. He is another one that I felt rose his stock with our last rankings update, but still is quite under-recruited for the accolades he has put together the last couple of seasons and was a crucial part to the Hawks defense in getting their first ever state title in 2024.

[player_tooltip player_id='720272' first='Keaton' last='Docken'], K/P, Fargo South 2025 Twitter

The #1 ranked kicker/punter in the Dakotas, [player_tooltip player_id='720272' first='Keaton' last='Docken'] has been a continuous stockriser in every 2025 update we have had with this class. This young man some of the best hangtime I have seen in the last few years and that consistency lies in both as a kicker and a punter with that skillset. Keaton also gets a high percentage of his kickoffs as touchbacks as that percentage has to be amongst the best in the Dakotas for sure as he has a long leg that can kick in any sort of conditions or whatever the North Dakota winds throw his way. He has a couple of NSIC offers already, but based on my grade he appears to be a fit at the FCS level similar to his older brother Landon who we scouted a couple years back.

[player_tooltip player_id='1537903' first='Jermaine' last='Robert Halton-Gisi'], DL, Beulah 2025 Twitter

You surely cannot miss on the motor that Jermaine has when you watch his tape for the first time as another 2025 stockriser that moved up his stock this update. He has intriguing strength with his hands and pad-level from my eyes as I feel is a defensive line prospect that can grow with unlocking those hands a quicker speed, but there is no doubt this young man trends well with his balanced contact. The most probable skillset I see with Jermaine is his short field vision as you can gauge within the first couple yards or less that this young man is going to meet the ball carrier and show off a finished product when it comes to his tackling. He surely looks like a defensive line prospect that loves to hit people and will take his motor the distance to make his tackles. He is another small town hidden gem from this 2025 class that I like the upside that is there in the coming years with his 6'1 225 pound frame that looks like a future defensive tackle.
