Earning my MVP award for his performance is [player_tooltip player_id='219419' first='George' last='MacIntyre'], a quarterback at Brentwood Academy. In addition to excellent decision-making, MacIntyre impressed me with his arm strength and accuracy, tossing three touchdown passes. I also liked how MacIntyre could respond to pressure and get rid of the ball in dangerous situations.

Coming in close second place is [player_tooltip player_id='378855' first='Kesean' last='Bowman'], a wide receiver at Brentwood Academy. Bowman stood out with his breakaway speed down the stretch, proving he could get wide open for the deep pass and handle defensive contact on his way into the backfield. Bowman made a huge difference offensively, hauling in two impressive touchdown passes on the evening.

Making a difference for the visiting team was [player_tooltip player_id='688833' first='Hugh' last='Price'], a quarterback at Montgomery Bell Academy. On top of great size and arm strength, Price impressed me with his ability to shake tackles and run the ball into enemy territory. Price picked up the sole touchdown of the night for the Big Red, finding his way around the defense and into the endzone.

I was additionally impressed with [player_tooltip player_id='939778' first='Gavin' last='Schaffer'], a linebacker at Brentwood Academy. Schaffer caught my attention on both sides of the ball, proving he could make important stops and be nearly impossible to stop offensively. Schaffer was crucial for the Eagles' offense in the second half, using his size and speed to run in a touchdown from a few yards out to extend the home team's lead.

Making his presence known on the ground was [player_tooltip player_id='723428' first='Larry' last='Sanders II'], a running back at Brentwood Academy. Sanders was highly explosive in the pocket, showcasing his ability to find openings in the defensive line and fight for extra steps. Sanders came in clutch in the second half, blasting into the house for the touchdown off a sneaky handoff from MacIntyre.

A huge defensive standout was [player_tooltip player_id='212335' first='Easton' last='Jointer'], an athlete at Brentwood Academy. Jointer stood out on the defensive side of the ball, hauling in a clutch interception in the second half, which later resulted in a touchdown for the Eagles. In addition to great height and wingspan, what makes Jointer so dangerous down the stretch is his ability to read the offense like a book and get in prime position for the pick.
