When you watch his film, you will see that he knows how to get down the field with ease. Here is a guy who has the ability to do big things as well. We think this is a guy who is more of a defensive back than an offensive player. However, we know he can get busy on offense for his team. This is a young man who excels at the slot receiver position. Harlan has some good speed and good hands. He is a player who can also play the quarterback position. This dude is a real athlete who college coaches are going to be getting familiar with soon.
