The UTEP commit is coming off of pitching a perfect game where he went 19-19 for nearly 300 yards and four touchdowns in a shootout with East Central. At the mid-season point, Warner has over 1600 yards passing with 22 touchdowns at over 77% completion rate. Warner and the Knights are sitting at 5-1 on the season, with their only loss coming to Austin Westlake. Look for this young man to guide his team deep into the playoffs this year.

Wake up, folks! [player_tooltip player_id='1274002' first='Cayden' last='Keeth'] has flown under the radar long enough. He's led The Warriors to a 5-0 record through Mid-Season against 5a and 6a playoff teams, including last year's State Finalist, Smithson Valley Rangers, where he threw the game-winning pass. Keeth has nearly 1500 yards passing with 13 TDs on a 71% completion rate. He can also beat you on the ground, where he's had over 150 yards rushing with 3 TDs. This young gun is going to be a D1 quarterback. Pull the trigger!

[player_tooltip player_id='242837' first='Gibby' last='Alvarado'] has started at QB for Holy Cross Knights since his sophomore season and has only improved with age. The senior has his squad sitting at 7-0 on the season and 3-0 in district play. Alvarado has thrown for over 1300 yards with 17 touchdowns on over a 60% completion rate. But Gibby also averages nearly 9 yards per carry for nearly 400 yards rushing and 3 TDs. The Knights are poised to make a run at the State Title this year and Alvarado is the leader they need to get them there.

Reece Deitrick and the Canyon Cougars are second in the area in total offense, with over 2400 yards from scrimmage. Sitting at 4-2 and 2-0 in district play, Deitrick has put up over 1100 yards through the air with 12 TDs at a 59% clip. He moves well in the run game adding 265 yards and 4TDs on the ground. Reece and his guys are in a tough district, but with [player_tooltip player_id='237808' first='Jackson' last='Regan'] continuing to run the ball well, it will alleviate the pressure on the quarterback and allow him to dot up some of the defenses and make a run in the playoffs.

Isaiah Mackey is a dynamic QB out of San Antonio East Central High School. He should definitely be labeled an Athlete as he can do it all on the field, but I want to highlight what he's done behind center. At 6' 170, Mackey has thrown for nearly 1300 yards for 17 TDs on 60% passing. This is where the athlete comes into play; Isaiah has also run for 475 yards and 11 TDS. That's 28 total touchdowns through half of the season. Coaches, come watch this dude play and he'll earn a spot on your roster.
