<p>Before we know it, the state playoffs will be upon us in the Natural State. The sixth week of high school football had plenty of impressive performances to highlight. Here are several players that lit up the Friday night skies and, in the process, earned some prime-time player honors.</p>

<p>The Greenwood wide receiver had a tremendous performance on Friday night against Siloam Springs. Arrington hauled in 7 receptions for 183 yards and 3 touchdowns on the night. He did a great job of showcasing his excellent speed. Arrington is a prospect at the wide receiver spot to watch out for the rest of the season. He has the ability to put up big numbers quickly for the Bulldogs.</p>

<p>The more carries that Griffin Masson receives each game the more he batters the opposing defense. Mason carried the ball 42 times for 265 yards on the ground. Meanwhile, he hauled in 4 receptions for 42 yards. Mason helped the Saints earn a 38-20 victory over Fort Smith Southside. He is a running back to watch out for over the next couple of seasons.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='361302' first='Grayson' last='Wilson'] continues to rack up the passing yards as well as the rushing yards this season for the Wampus Cats. Wilson was 12 of 18 for 269 yards and 2 touchdowns through the air. Meanwhile, he used his legs to carry the ball 5 times for 66 yards and 3 touchdowns on the ground. Wilson is closing out his senior season in impressive fashion for the Wampus Cats this season.</p>

<p>One of Arkansas's most explosive running backs continues to put up impressive numbers each week. On Friday night, Stephens continues to cause headaches for opposing defenses this season. Stephens churned out 214 yards and 2 touchdowns on the ground this week. He is setting the stage for a solid high school football career. He is a major target to watch out for over the next few years.</p>

On the defensive side of the ball, he racked up 14 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 1 sack, and 2 forced fumbles. Meanwhile, on the offensive side of the ball, McConnell had 10 carries for 80 yards and 1 touchdown. McConnell is having an impressive 2025 season, and he is a player to watch out for as the season winds down.</p>

<p>The Greenwood signal caller is having another fantastic season this season. All season, Archer has had no problem spreading the ball around to his wide receivers. In just the first half, Archer was 16 of 21 for 347 yards and 7 touchdowns. Archer continues to fit the ball into tight coverage and throw his wide receivers open. He is setting the stage for a strong close to the 2024 football season.</p>

He had an excellent performance against Clinton on Friday night. Vega carried the ball 21 times for 182 yards on the ground. Meanwhile, he made great use of his arm, throwing for 225 yards and 2 touchdowns on 15 of 24 passing. On the defensive side of the ball, Vega had 7 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 1 pass break up, and 1 forced fumble. He is a player to watch on both sides of the ball.</p>

<p>The Greenbrier running back is opening plenty of eyes as the state playoffs approach. Against Farmington on Friday, Assan carried the ball 23 times for 222 yards and 2 touchdowns on the ground. He is a difficult running back to bring down. Assan has a knack for getting into the open field quickly. He is a player to watch out for as the season starts to wind down.</p>

McLaughlin rushed 11 times for 114 yards and 2 touchdowns, had 1 reception for 21 yards and 1 touchdown, and returned a 40-yard kickoff. The Batesville running back finished the night with 175 total yards and 3 touchdowns.</p>

The Farmington signal caller is having a strong season and is a player to watch out for over the next few weeks.</p>

<p>D'Mareon Eason had an excellent performance on Friday night. He made the most of his 7 carries on Friday. Eason racked up 133 yards and 3 touchdowns on the ground. Eason has the impressive ability to make opposing defenders miss. He is a player to watch out for over the next couple of seasons for Lonoke.</p>
