[player_tooltip player_id='1188358' first='Marshaun' last='Ivy'] - Cardinal Ritter
(6'3" 220)
- A young LB prospect with a big frame and great size who can really run. Has the athleticism make plays all over the field as well as cover backs and tight ends, but is also a nice pass rusher off the edge. Could grow into a defensive end and is explosive and strong enough to play with his hand down as well. Has had a good first half of the season with 36 tackles and a 1 sack.

Quentin Lea - Rock Bridge
(6'2" 220)
- One of most productive young linebackers in the state. A very active player with a good motor who makes quick reads and runs to the ball to make plays in a hurry. Quentin is gets there in a hurry and is physical and has good technique making the tackle. Does a nice job fighting blockers and likes to hit. Has good speed and the ability to play all the linebacker spots. So far he has 70 tackles, 1 sack and 1 interception on the season.

Makhi Walker - Lutheran North
(6'0" 190)
- Part of a very talented young linebacker corps. Mekhi is fast and flies to the ball to make plays. He plays like a bigger then his size and has the speed and athleticism to cover receivers and get the job done. He could play safety on the next level. Another physical linebacker makes ball carries pay on impact. He has 42 tackles and 2 sacks sacks on the year.

John Henry Streamer - Westminster
(6'2" 200)
- Streamer is good young athlete who caught my attention at a camp this past spring getting work at wide receiver. He ran really well and had the speed and ability that showed promise. After camp he told me he also played linebacker and he has really shown that to be his position in 2024 and excelled at OLB. John uses his speed well to get in the backfield, put pressure on and make plays. He has good size with the frame to get bigger and stronger. A prospect with a bright future if he continues on his current trajectory. Has 42 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 interception on the season so far.

[player_tooltip player_id='1198809' first='Jack' last='Bussmann'] - Hickman
(6'1" 210)
- A strong and physical proto-type middle linebacker who has played a big role in his team's recent success on the field. Bussmann puts a lot of work in the weight room which has really paid off for him during his sophomore season. Really tough against the run and likes to hit. Jack has 47 tackles, including 7 tackles for loss at this writing.

Kohlt Witthaus - Hermann
(6'2" 190)
- A sleeper who caught my attention from the sideline with his play was the versatile Witthaus, who does double duty at running back as well. Kohlt has really good speed on both sides of the ball and uses it well to make plays sideline to sideline from his linebacker position and also displayed good hands and in pass coverage. He is a high energy playmaker who can pack a wallop on his tackles. He has 29 tackles, 2 sacks and 2 interceptions thus far in the season.
